Use at your own risk. Offered little help in terms of protecting my interests with my property purchase, and never responded to me when questions arose after the completion. I would report them to the law ombudsman if I thought I would get any resolution.

I am very pleased with the service I have received from JS Law while buying my first home. My conveyancer Kelly Hulley has been excellent, always explaining things to me when I was confused, and chasing everything promptly. The online dashboard made it very easy to see what progress was being made, and also provided a handy way to upload required documents.

I got started with them early in the house selling process and have completed most of the paperwork, reducing the stresses on us. The online system is very impressive. Horrendous company to deal with. First time selling a home and was on behalf of my aunt as her power of attorney. Really was a horrible experience. Took ages to pass the ID checks, despite multiple requests I had no help with this from either of my case managers. My case manager changed during the process of which I had no communication about or handover, just had no response to my emails then all of a sudden had a reply off a different case manager. No introductions or apologies offered. Terrible communication throughout the whole process. If i sent an email asking multiple questions and asking for explanations to decipher the legal jargon I didn't understand I would get one sentence replies ignoring half of my email. The buyer nearly pulled out in the end due to the length of the process constantly getting frustrated with a lack of response from JS Law. I sold the house through purple bricks who had to intervene on two occasions pressing JS Law for communication asking what the hold up was and why they were not responding. I will never use this company again and if anyone asks my opinion I will tell them to ensure they use a different company.
