Use at your own risk. Offered little help in terms of protecting my interests with my property purchase, and never responded to me when questions arose after the completion. I would report them to the law ombudsman if I thought I would get any resolution.

We instructed JS Law in an email to let the seller know that we didn't want the two white goods appliances (washing machine and dryer) at the property. JS Law failed to let them know and have subsequently done nothing about our follow-up emails. We found them to be uncommunicative and inefficient, and will certainly never use them again or recommend them to anyone else. UPDATE (12 JUNE): JS Law has subsequently contacted us and resolved this matter to our satisfaction. They have reimbursed us for the money we had to spend removing the white goods from the new property. I am satisfied with their follow-up process.

I`m reaching out to JS-Law here to refer my case to a Senior Conveyancer ASAP, since I receive no replies to my emails and unable to reach anyone on the phone. Property valuation is expiring on 27.05.25, only a few minor enquiries are still in the process and the seller and myself would like to exchange contracts on 27.05.25 ASAP. The rest of the queries then could be finalized before completion. The professional negligence experienced from my conveyancer and the delays this has been causing is now putting a pressure on the chain as onwards buyers won`t be able to complete by their deadline. If this matter is not rectified promptly and sufficiently I will definitely submit a complaint to the Ombudsman.
