Use at your own risk. Offered little help in terms of protecting my interests with my property purchase, and never responded to me when questions arose after the completion. I would report them to the law ombudsman if I thought I would get any resolution.

Just a quick note to to commend Zoe McLeavy and her Team for everything they did to secure me the keys to my new flat. Buying a Property is said to be one of the most stressful tasks anyone can undertake, but Zoe and her Colleagues were always available to help with any questions I might have and were dilligent in making sure that Land Registry details and Health & Safety aspects were completed thoroughly.

LIKE FROM JS LAW cost us our buyer, money and time plus a lot emotion. We where buying a house through Luke one of their solicitors. For a whole month our solicitor asked him to answer the queries she raised. He didn't each week became another week. We reached completion day. That's when Luke realised that one of the queries was the debt which was on the property. Our solicitors had been prompting him about numerous times over that period of a month and so did we. Through the estate agent. We where on a tight time schedule. Luke disappeared the vendor didn't get any further help from him. Our buyers got fed up and walked. DONT USE THIS FIRM THAT'S MY ADVICE

Absolute nightmare, I have spent the last week trying to contact my conveyancer to only be greeted with automatic reply and a managers email to only get another auto reply. A Monday morning of non stop calling I managed get through to an agent, explained my situation and she said she will get someone to call me back asap (I didnβt get a call back) itβs been 4 days non stop calling to only get through to an answer machine. The solicitors and estate agent of the property Iβm purchasing have also been trying to call and email they have just been ignored too, They was expecting to exchange on the Monday. Diabolical conduct!
