Absolute nightmare, I have spent the last week trying to contact my conveyancer to only be greeted with automatic reply and a managers email to only get another auto reply. A Monday morning of non stop calling I managed get through to an agent, explained my situation and she said she will get someone to call me back asap (I didn’t get a call back) it’s been 4 days non stop calling to only get through to an answer machine. The solicitors and estate agent of the property I’m purchasing have also been trying to call and email they have just been ignored too, They was expecting to exchange on the Monday. Diabolical conduct!
