Use at your own risk. Offered little help in terms of protecting my interests with my property purchase, and never responded to me when questions arose after the completion. I would report them to the law ombudsman if I thought I would get any resolution.

JS Law is has a great team of professionals and would recommend them. Sri-Devi Morapitiya was fast, professional, kind and understanding. Had good communication with him including no delays and always kept meup to date with purchasing my new home. Originally started with VJ however had a smooth transition to Sri-Devi Morapitiya as my conveyor. Even when he was unavailable still had fast responses from the rest of the team including: Molly, Megann and Bina. The whole team was friendly, helpful and supportive. Could not fault them. Being first time buyer was unsure on things and had so many questions, however, they always took the time to go through them and explain everything clearly to me. The whole process was nice and fast, taking 11 weeks since first offer on the house was accepted to completion. Overall, very happy with the service and teamwork. Had a very good experience and would recommend this wonderful professional, dedicated, efficient team of lawyers.

Very poor experience, would never recommend and the fact the estate agents recommend them I will be advising them to drop JS Law ASAP. First timer buy with no chain and either end, I only seem to get updates via the estate agents and they seem to be the only ones who can get the solicitor to reply. Get a email from solicitor asking for some information which I provided, no response so I emailed asking some questions and nearly 7 weeks later I have had only 2 emails both just saying he will review it and get back to me. Constant emails to them and calls which all have been ignored, the seller is getting nervous that I am not interested in the property now all because of my solicitor. Update, I have a couple of responses from my solicitor at last but am yet to hear back from a manager of JS Law. I would definitely like to speak with them as I feel I am getting 1 step forward and 2 steps back each time.

JS Law is has a great Team of professionals and I recommend them. Sri-Devi Morapitiya was fast, professional, efficient and always kept us well informed throughout the process of our house purchase. Progress was very fast, Sri-Devi always responds and gives feedback and the whole thing took just two months to complete, with little or no chasing. The little delay we had came from us and the Seller's solicitor in particular, otherwise it would have been 6 weeks.

I originally approached on a recommendation. The solicitor dealing with my house purchase left the company not long after I signed up for their help - I was never told, I simply found out as the name changed on the eway file they use. Progress was very slow, Holly wasn't responsive and the whole thing took over 7 months to complete, with a lot of chasing from my side. Not particularly recommended.

Yet again, our conveyancer Tavleen Kaur is not responding to our emails or phone calls with regards to documents required for our exchange. Our buyers and ourselves are becoming very impatient and the exchange is in great danger of collapsing as a result of this complete lack of communication. Unacceptable.
