This is a challenging review, because I didn't get the car I ordered, but the company handled it really well. Probably more hassle than would be ideal, but I am happy with the car so far, and feel that the extras that were thrown in, to make up for the mistake, were very fair. I don't know what caused the error in the first place, so it is hard for me to comment on that.

I recently purchased a Ford Ecosport ST-line from John Grose, Lowestoft. I have previously bought two other cars from the same garage and so was eager to return to see what was on the forecourt. Gary made the job of car hunting a dream. Gary listened to what I was looking for in a car and was able to make recommendations to me which led to me buying my Ecosport. The car is a used model but, lovely and clean as well as being well looked after. Gary was also able to give me clear and concise information about any added extras I could purchase if I wanted to and, I did. There was no hard-sell! I was able to take my time and make up my own mind which I really appreciated. Gary kept in contact with me throughout the purchase period and e-mailed to me all of my documents. Nothing was too much bother for him. I would certainly recommend buying a car from John Grose, Lowestoft.

The recent experience of buying a car from John Grose was a delight. The staff in Diss were exceptional especially Rhoda Secker and her manager. They made the whole process so easy and enjoyable. I would recommend John Grose and particularly their staff to anyone. That includes those behind the scenes who work on the vehicles and do the cleaning. We'll done everyone!
Purchased a Puma and traded in a Fiesta all went very well. Salesperson was Will Songer who managed and explained the end to end process very well. I had a couple of queries before and after the purchase which Will dealt with very efficiently. The Puma is a great drive!
Stuart who I dealt with throughout the whole process to get my new car was absolutely outstanding! He kept me updated throughout the whole process in terms of where my order was at and he took the time to make sure I understood how the new car worked etc upon pick up. I was so impressed, couldn’t recommend anyone else as highly as him and went above and beyond to meet my expectations.
