Friendly, Polite and Informative

During the purchasing process of ordering and receiving a new Kuga hybrid car ( which started just before the first Lockdown in 2020) we have found John Grose customer service to be exemplary. They kept us up to date and informed . They were knowledgeable and patient in talking through our options especially with regard to the hybrid model. They made the administration of documents very clear and manageable. The handover of the vehicle was brilliant… not just informed but also extremely patient and kind!!
