This is a challenging review

This is a challenging review, because I didn't get the car I ordered, but the company handled it really well. Probably more hassle than would be ideal, but I am happy with the car so far, and feel that the extras that were thrown in, to make up for the mistake, were very fair. I don't know what caused the error in the first place, so it is hard for me to comment on that.

Great car, great service

This was the first car I'd bought on my own. I found all the staff very helpful especially Al, he guided through the whole process and made it easy for me to buy a great Puma. I'm very happy with it, a nippy car with all the tect that I like. Thankyou.

Buying our new Ford Puma.

This was our first time dealing with John Grose Lowestoft and we were very impressed with the service we received, We were introduced to Matthew Naylor and right from the start he was very knowledgeable and helpful with the purchase of our new Puma, as we were both unfamiliar with the latest technology in new cars, he was understanding and patient and answered all our questions and we wouldn't hesitate in recommending John Grose to our friends.

Another great experience at John Grose

I collected my new Kuga from John Grose Ipswich on 6 April and have to say how great the whole experience was. I bought a new Kuga from John Grose back in 2016 so was pleased to deal with Matthew Blower again. Matthew was excellent at keeping me informed throughout the process from ordering to collection. He was on holiday when I collected so didn’t get to thank him personally but his colleague Adam made the handover process seemless. This being my fifth Kuga, I didn’t need a lengthy handover to show me the car and I was very pleased I wasn’t given the hard sell for any additional products/insurances which I’ve experienced at other Ford dealers. One signature was all I needed to provide as everything had been done beforehand which makes the process much quicker. I must admit I thought when Stephen came over with Adam he was coming to ask me about insurances but I was pleasantly surprised that he came to thank me for my business, especially as I don’t live locally. Despite living around 75 miles away, I will always see what John Grose has to offer when changing my vehicle as their customer service is second to none.

Great sales experience

I collected my new Puma from John Grose, Ipswich on Saturday 30 March. The experience from start to finish was excellent. Matthew Blower was extremely helpful throughout. It was a pleasure to see so many people in the showroom on Saturday and everybody being looked after so well. Well done John Grose!
