This is a challenging review, because I didn't get the car I ordered, but the company handled it really well. Probably more hassle than would be ideal, but I am happy with the car so far, and feel that the extras that were thrown in, to make up for the mistake, were very fair. I don't know what caused the error in the first place, so it is hard for me to comment on that.

Just bought a new (used) Kia from John Grose. We had been in contact with Gary over the previous week to understand about the condition of the car. He sent several videos showing both the exterior and interior of the vehicle. He pointed out a couple of scratches that he said would be resolved. Once they had been he sent follow on videos to show they had been rectified. Even after this we ask for another video and he was happy to oblige. We had a 4 hour drive to get to Lowestoft so we didn't want to waste our time. When we arrived everything was as described with a warm welcome from Gary. There was no hard upsell on products just a friendly interaction. I would certainly use them again. Really enjoying the car.
Excellent service from start to finish. Stuart was very professional, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. He answered all our questions and made us feel at ease. Every effort was made to make our car buying experience great. We cannot recommend the Woodbridge branch highly enough. We have been using their services for many years and will continue to do so. Great work!
