This is a challenging review, because I didn't get the car I ordered, but the company handled it really well. Probably more hassle than would be ideal, but I am happy with the car so far, and feel that the extras that were thrown in, to make up for the mistake, were very fair. I don't know what caused the error in the first place, so it is hard for me to comment on that.

I would like to commend the John Grose Group, and especially the efforts of Gary Day for a successful part-exchange of my Honda CRV with your Honda HRV. The fact that I live in Northumberland could have made for a complicated and messy exchange, but thanks to the efforts of Gary and his manager, a deal was worked out that was a fair compromise, and negotiations with Gary went very smoothly. Similarly, the actual handover on the day was a very straightforward affair. This will be my 4th Honda, the previous three all having been bought locally here in Newcastle from the Honda dealer whom I trust implicitly, and I confess there was a certain amount of trepidation involved in purchasing a used car so far from home, but I'm really pleased with how it all went, and can certainly recommend the John Grose Group, and in particular Gary Day. The car itself is also exactly what I wanted, and my local Honda dealer had been tasked with tracking one down for several months, but they explained that this model, in the condition I required was a rare beast. Well done guys!
