Our tour was amazing. Houssin our guide was inspiring, passionate about his country and friendly, sensitive to the different personalities in the group. He was approachable and helped with all inquiries, no matter how small. Houssin also facilitated our dinners and different requirements. He developed a real rapport with our group. Local guides were articulate and informative.
We had a great tour with 'Seen' our Tour Leader who made everyone feel so welcome. 'Seen' continued this throughout our Trip giving us so much information on all destinations and looking after our welfare. Additionally all the Support Team worked hard to keep us safe, well feed and hydrated always with a smile. So many wonderful memories, good laughs with other Team bike members and new friendships forged. Thank you Intrepid, Dave
Having never been to Turkey previously and as a first time user of Intrepid, we had an amazing tour. We did the Turkey Encompassed tour which was led by Mali who was so knowledgable, a great tour leader and gave us a fantastic insight into the country. Being in a small group was great and so many highlights, would recommend this tour and Intrepid.
Fantastic trip, I have lifelong wonderful memories. Beautiful places, brilliant captain, a great band of fellow travellers all add up to a great week.

We have been fortunate enough to travel extensively throughout this beautiful world especially in the last 6 years since our retirement. Our experience with Intrepid Travel is second to none, both of our trips to Morocco & Turkey were nothing short of magnificent. The guides were so knowledgeable & passionate about their countries & looked after us every moment whilst travelling. The accommodation, whilst not luxury was certainly clean & comfortable in every instance. We felt safe at all times and loved being in small groups of 12 or so adventurous people of mixed ages. I would recommend Intrepid Travel to anyone seeking to experience a unique style of travel. Thanks again Intrepid we can’t wait to travel again after Covid.
I traveled to Morocco & Egypt. Both were amazing experiences. I loved how Intrepid supports the local economy by amazing homestay & dining experiences. I will definitely travel with Intrepid again as soon as borders open up.
I travelled with intrepid 6 years ago to Belize and Guatemala and 2 years ago to Costa Rica and count these trips as some of the best adventure holidays Ive ever had. The tours were super fun and these guys really care about responsible tourism. The knowlegde of the tour guides is fantastic, Ive also used their urban adventures day trips in India and Istanbul and they were similarly brilliant experiences. Ive made lifelong friends on the tours and cant recommend them enough. Ill be travelling again with you soon Im sure
Having my Central Mexico trip (Nov 2020) cancelled recently due to Covid-19, I am reminded of the previous trips taken with Intrepid and thought that I would share here. Most of my travels (over 70 countries) have been via independent travels but we decided on Intrepid travel for our family (2 adults + 2 adult-kids) to see Morocco (Morocco Uncovered) and for Kenya and Tanzania (East Africa Highlights) - (2 adults) because we wanted hassle-free travel. The positives of both tours was that we were able to see wonderful places, have local experiences, make new friends with like-minded travellers and enjoy the knowledge and security provided by our guide. The only negative is some of the long days spent in the vehicles, however, this was necessary to get from A to B. I can't wait until we are able to travel again and I would certainly go with Intrepid in the future.
My trip to Peru was out of this world. The trip was well organized and we had plenty of time to see the sites we wanted to see, including Machu Pichu. I will definitely do another trip with Intrepid travel.
I have done other trips with Intrepid and have enjoyed them. The Serengeti Trail trip was no exception. The program was very well organized. The staff were exceptional: very friendly and helpful. While camping in the Serengeti, one might feel a bit concerned, but throughout our adventure, there was no doubt safety was a priority. The sharing of responsibilities only enhanced the trip. It was a remarkable experience, one I would not hesitate to recommend. I look forward to another Intrepid trip, as I know I will love it!
I had a great time on the Portugal Real Food Adventure with my best friend. It was the first time we travelled together. The tour was quite good value - most meals were included and had alcohol too. The walking tours were amazing and public transport to get around from place to place was also included so I felt this tour was quite well priced for what was provided. My favourite part was the Old Town of Lisbon. Definitely recommend Intrepid and this amazing tour!
In these challenging for travel times we were having a calm dinner with my husband and it was really good to go back in our memories to January 2020 and remember our last travel with Interpid - the North Morocco Adventure - we had such a great and inspiring time time. Can't wait to see the restrictions lifted to join another one.
I have gone on multiple trips with Intrepid travel and they have never let me down, honestly when everything opens up and countries start to relax their borders I will be booking another trip! In my own humble opinion COVID-19 has hit the tourism industry the hardest and frankly as a company they are trying their best to survive without sacrificing customer service and preserving the ability to support there workers in all the counties that they offer trips in. Everyone I have met on the tours and the booking staff have been passionate about travel, and have genuinely been interested in my travel experience. One thing I have learnt from travelling and the experiences I have gotten, is that during hard times, helping one another is so important! So I’ll do my small part by booking in the future to help get the travel industry going again!
