Our tour was amazing. Houssin our guide was inspiring, passionate about his country and friendly, sensitive to the different personalities in the group. He was approachable and helped with all inquiries, no matter how small. Houssin also facilitated our dinners and different requirements. He developed a real rapport with our group. Local guides were articulate and informative.
We had a great tour with 'Seen' our Tour Leader who made everyone feel so welcome. 'Seen' continued this throughout our Trip giving us so much information on all destinations and looking after our welfare. Additionally all the Support Team worked hard to keep us safe, well feed and hydrated always with a smile. So many wonderful memories, good laughs with other Team bike members and new friendships forged. Thank you Intrepid, Dave
Having never been to Turkey previously and as a first time user of Intrepid, we had an amazing tour. We did the Turkey Encompassed tour which was led by Mali who was so knowledgable, a great tour leader and gave us a fantastic insight into the country. Being in a small group was great and so many highlights, would recommend this tour and Intrepid.
Fantastic trip, I have lifelong wonderful memories. Beautiful places, brilliant captain, a great band of fellow travellers all add up to a great week.

Amazing Trip! I participated in this trip in February 2020 and and had an amazing time. From the camel ride to the hot air balloon to the night on the felucca - this was a once in a lifetime trip and I will forever cherish the memories and friendships I made on this adventure. Highly recommend!
This was our fourteenth trip with intrepid, again another wonderful experience, our guide was very knowledgeable and always ready to to help and advise the trip gave us insight into the Indian way of life, with beautiful scenery and food can't wait till our next trip.
As always this Intrepid trip was well organised and was an exciting and fascinating journey. We saw the real Cuba from Havana to Santiago and our accommodation being in homestays meant that we were really embedded with the people living in each place we stayed. Our guide, Ira, was excellent. Her knowledge of the history and geography was extensive and she dealt so well with the group and any little problems we had. My wife is gluten free and she went out of her way to make sure that everything she ate was safe, which is always a big worry for us. The tour was so varied and we saw so much of life in Cuba, the music (we had Salsa lessons), the food, the story of the revolution, the art, the cars, the daily struggles of the people themselves and their hopes for the future. I would definitely recommend it as an amazing experience and all thanks to Intrepid and their ethos of providing tours that help the local community.
My trip with Intrepid is what made me fall in love with Kenya. Every place we visited was beautiful and I got to tick a lot of things off my bucket list like seeing 4 of the big 5, seeing flamingos at Nakuru, and hot air ballooning. We got authentic, geniune, and non-gimmicky experience with the people we met (most specifically with the Massai at Hellens camp). The tour guide Julius was extremely knowledgeable, and so were all the other guides we encountered. I never felt wanting for information. The most pleasant and surprising experience was the food. I did not expect such delicious meals to be provided on a campsite (or side of the road for that matter). We were provided a variety of nutritional meals from our chef Jeremiah: Soups (specificallythe night we had butternut squash soup), salads, samosas, the BBQ 🤤. Everything was mouthwatering. My overall experience with Intrepid was absolutely lovely, and I look forward to being able to travel with them again.
Our tour guide, driver and cook went above and beyond to make sure we all had the best experience possible.
My 1st trip with Intrepid to 15 days Morocco tour was fantastic..especially thank you to tour guide Mr Mohammed..very helpful man and care so much for all...those hotels services were such good too..
A wonderful trip! Although I am sometimes an independent traveler, what a pleasure to have the often-daunting logistics of India worked out for me in this Intrepid trip. And we were able to see and experience much more than had I been solo. The local leader was fantastic, the group dynamic and comraderie were enjoyable, and there were still opportunities to get a little solitude when needed. I would recommend Intrepid without hesitation, and already have additional trips booked for next year. I'm keeping fingers crossed, and hoping travel resumes soon. Cheers! Marc
Cambodia is a country with an interesting and chequered past. My trip with Intrepid allowed me to experience this in a considerate and mindful way. Our guide took us through villages where we experienced village life and cottage crafts - even a bike ride (for those who wanted to) through the beautiful countryside. Our guide's knowledge of Cambodia - either in the city, on the rivers or in the countryside was extraordinary - every question was answered and because of his local knowledge, we were able experience and discover the everyday life and the cuisine of the locals. This is not my first experience with Intrepid and it certainly won't be my last. I respect that the company is mindful of the environment and employ the local citizens. Plus, and most importantly, on all my trips with Intrepid, I have felt safe. Rhonda F
I had a wonderful experience with Intrepid in India.,Amazing experience, wonderful and varied itinerary and excellent staff . Unfortunately Vietnam is on hold due to Covid but they still have our deposit because we know they are the best to travel with .
Thoroughly enjoyable Vietnam bicycle trip, organisation was spot on with back up coach/truck for bicycles. The bicycles were not great but I suppose they must get some hammer. I felt obliged to go out with the other members of the group on a evening but towards the end people tended not to so much. It was a great way to see Vietnam which was one of the reasons I decided on this trip, would I go again? Yes
