Our tour was amazing. Houssin our guide was inspiring, passionate about his country and friendly, sensitive to the different personalities in the group. He was approachable and helped with all inquiries, no matter how small. Houssin also facilitated our dinners and different requirements. He developed a real rapport with our group. Local guides were articulate and informative.
We had a great tour with 'Seen' our Tour Leader who made everyone feel so welcome. 'Seen' continued this throughout our Trip giving us so much information on all destinations and looking after our welfare. Additionally all the Support Team worked hard to keep us safe, well feed and hydrated always with a smile. So many wonderful memories, good laughs with other Team bike members and new friendships forged. Thank you Intrepid, Dave
Having never been to Turkey previously and as a first time user of Intrepid, we had an amazing tour. We did the Turkey Encompassed tour which was led by Mali who was so knowledgable, a great tour leader and gave us a fantastic insight into the country. Being in a small group was great and so many highlights, would recommend this tour and Intrepid.
Fantastic trip, I have lifelong wonderful memories. Beautiful places, brilliant captain, a great band of fellow travellers all add up to a great week.

Could not recommend Intrepid Travel Highly enough. The holiday to EBC was expertly organised and arranged and meet all my expectations. The Intrepid staff went above and beyond to make my trip one of the best holiday experience i have ever had.
We have done two previous Intrepid tours, and found them to be a fantastic way to experience a country. We were really looking forward to our trip to Costa Rica in December, but sadly that has had to be cancelled due to Covid-19. Of course we are disappointed not to be going this year, but Intrepid have handled this situation brilliantly. They have given us a credit for all that we had already paid plus 10% extra, so when this situation improves we will be able to book again. I was very pleased with this offer, and appreciate that they are trying to help their associates and colleagues in the destinations who have been hit hard by this pandemic. I am surprised by people complaining that they have cancelled trips and asked for a refund but not got back the money already spent on the booking, this was in the T&C so people should expect to have to get the additional costs back from their travel insurance. Customers of Intrepid will want to use them again as the tours are exceptionally good, so it makes sense to take the credit note option, especially as that way Intrepid are not only waiving the costs already incurred, but adding an additional 10%. Looking forward to booking again soon. Thanks Intrepid for being a conscientious company.
I have travelled with Intrepid for the past 16 years. Last year it was through Eastern Europe in June and to Rajasthan in October. Both trips were excellent. The Rajasthan trip was a comfort tour (first time, usually its basic)..the accommodation was great often with a pool, the transport comfortable and our tour leader exceptional. We visited forts and palaces, ate wonderful food and met lovely people. The colour and vibrancy of Rajasthan is fantastic. Can't wait until we are able to travel again.
We had never travelled to India before our trip in late 2019. We were meeting up with family in Delhi, and prior to this we decided to do the Golden Triangle trip. This tour was fantastic and gave us a wonderful introduction to this beautiful part of India and it's people. Our guide, Koni, was wonderful, knowledgeable, caring and great fun. Our trip to Jaipur and the Taj Mahal in Agra were standout experiences in a trip of wondrous days and nights. We really appreciated Koni's knowledge of the areas we visited, and her skill in managing the group and our travels. We felt very confident by the end of this trip and able to relax into the next part of our solo travels. I would highly recommend this trip for first timers ( and others) to India.
I’ve travelled with Intrepid twice last year and both trips were fantastic! In September I visited Morocco and in November I went to Thailand & Laos. Both travel guides were absolutely amazing, they did above and beyond what was expected of them to help us experience the local culture. The trips programme was exciting, we learned a lot and also had great adventures!
I had the best experience EVER in Jordan. I can highly recommend Intrepid based on my personal experience. I really loved how they arranged everything for us and being so considerate about everything. Also our tour guide Mohammed was a great man and looked after all of us like a dad. He was funny too!! We had lot of free time to explore local places on our own with recommendations from Mohammed. Trying Arayes in a small restaurant in Amman was my best food experience. I am planning another trip to Morocco with 2 of my friends I met on my Jordan trip. Cant wait for international boards to be opened. Thank you intrepid!
The North Morocco was my 5th Intrepid trip. Like all Intrepid trips, the places were interesting, the guides fantastic, the trip well organized, and a good mix of free time to explore on one's own and structured tours. The highlights were the medina in Fez, Chefchouan, Moulay Idris, and Volubilis. In particular, the latter places are somewhat off the normal tourist path, which made them interesting. Even the overnight train ride from Tangier to Marrakech was a different experience--not necessarily for the jaded high-end traveler but an authentic experience--as the rest of the North Morocco trip was
I had a trip booked to Turkey this year which was cancelled due to travel restrictions and I re-booked my trip for next year ( fingers crossed ). I have been to Egypt last year with Intrepid which made me book my Turkey trip. My Egypt was the best experience I have ever had! Thinking about what the world has come to now, I am so glad I got to travel to Egypt and see all the history I learnt as a kid and our leader was VERY knowledgeable and took us to places which were not very known and he made sure that we go super early to beat the crowd and also to beat the heat. I am still looking at pictures I took. Thank you Intrepid for making my childhood dream come true!! Hopefully Turkey will be as AMAZING.
