Our tour was amazing. Houssin our guide was inspiring, passionate about his country and friendly, sensitive to the different personalities in the group. He was approachable and helped with all inquiries, no matter how small. Houssin also facilitated our dinners and different requirements. He developed a real rapport with our group. Local guides were articulate and informative.
We had a great tour with 'Seen' our Tour Leader who made everyone feel so welcome. 'Seen' continued this throughout our Trip giving us so much information on all destinations and looking after our welfare. Additionally all the Support Team worked hard to keep us safe, well feed and hydrated always with a smile. So many wonderful memories, good laughs with other Team bike members and new friendships forged. Thank you Intrepid, Dave
Having never been to Turkey previously and as a first time user of Intrepid, we had an amazing tour. We did the Turkey Encompassed tour which was led by Mali who was so knowledgable, a great tour leader and gave us a fantastic insight into the country. Being in a small group was great and so many highlights, would recommend this tour and Intrepid.
Fantastic trip, I have lifelong wonderful memories. Beautiful places, brilliant captain, a great band of fellow travellers all add up to a great week.

Oman is a wonderful country, our guide Said was excellent, and the itinerary was top notch.
The Women’s Expedition in India was very interesting and well conducted. Our guide, Chime, was the best I’ve ever had. She has excellent relationships with all service providers along the way and this lead to special unique experiences and insights. There are some long train journeys but even these were interesting and provided opportunities to interact with locals. In Jaisalmer and Chandalao Garth we stayed in beautiful heritage properties. Jaisalmer was my favourite city with beautiful golden carved haveli.
This is my third trip with Intrepid and it did not disappoint! The guide was wonderful and took great care of the group. Iceland is a beautiful country and just when yu thought you couldn’t see anything better, you would be amazed by something new. I’m not a cold weather fan but anyone who misses out on this trip in the winter is really giving up the best part of the experience.
My recent trip to Egypt was my first one with Intrepid. It exceeded my expectations. The organisation, logistics and guiding were superb. I traveled by myself and was well looked after from my arrival through to my departure. I felt safe, respected and comfortable at all times. The destination did not disappoint. Amazing. The level of service was excellent and I would highly recommend this trip to anyone considering it. Our guide Amr was fantastic.
Best of Sri Lanka with Intrepid. An absolutely amazing trip. The itinerary is very well planned and even though we had small changes it was a very full experience. Our guide (Dodan) was exceptional in his care and knowledge. He went above and beyond at all times and made sure we experienced absolutely everything we could from snacks on the bus to lunches with local families and early morning bird walks. Our driver was also fantastic and the bus was clean and we felt safe at all times. It is a busy trip with lots of moving and early mornings but that means you see and experience as much as is possible. All hotels are individual and very personal. All very comfortable.
This was our fourth cycling adventure with Intrepid and again it lived up to our expectations. We had made preparations as per the detailed tour notes and instructions and with a little bit of cycling training beforehand found the trip well within our capabilities. As always the equipment was well maintained. The itinerary was a good mix of cycling and site seeing with knowledgeable and accommodating tour staff. Our group of 8 (plus leader and mechanic) got on really well and all being of similar cycling capability made it all the more enjoyable. We just have to work which is our next cycling holiday.
If you are a serious biker that likes an adventure, this tour is for you. We biked thru the busy city of Hanoi and the countryside of Vietnam all the way to Ho Chi Min City. The guides, other tourists, itinerary, food, culture, hotels, rides, bus, stops along the way, absolutely everything was great. I am not a serious biker, so for the uphills and long distances at fast speeds I hopped the bus. I thoroughly enjoyed this tour and will look for the next biking adventure.
Intrepid were great to deal with, easy comms and at the sharp end very well led by our guide on our Moroccan cycle trip. Good value for the money as well. We will definitely use them again
We had a fabulous time with Intrepid in Morocco in December 2024. The local guides were wonderful and informative, the food and local specialties were authentic and good value. And the people we travelled with were great fun. This is our third Intrepid tour (Italy and Sri Lanka) over about 10 years and we are planning when we will be back again!
I did the Intrepid Travel Mystics and Mountains tour and totally enjoyed it. Pooja, the tour leader, was excellent. This trip had many highlights.
