Internet reptile has probably the best prices on their items, a wide variety and most importantly they have really quick delivery. I ordered some stuff, and the next day it arrived! I’ll definitely keep using this website for all my basics

Amazing company to order from

Another absolutely amazing delivery from Internet Reptiles. Arrived very quickly and nothing damaged at all. Which with other companies was always a problem. But these guys don't seem to have any issues, and when an item hasn't been delivered they sorted very quickly indeed. My now go to reptile supply shop online.

Avoid like the plague

Ordered an incubator with next day delivery as mine wasn't suitable for the impending heatwave. Due to issues with the delivery company, it didn't arrive until a week later and was damaged. Initially contacted Internet Reptile about the issues with the delivery company and they were super responsive. When it arrived damaged I contacted Internet Reptile immediately, and by this point I was furious as I was desperate for this item. The replied immediately asking to let them know when it could be collected the following week and said they'd send a replacement. I replied with the only day available the following week, but heard nothing back. The day before the day of collection I'd given them, I sent several emails chasing and still heard nothing. The incubator was not collected. I sent a further email and finally got a response claiming my email got lost, despite having sent multiple chasers. By this point I just wanted a refund as I desperately needed an incubator and had to order elsewhere. Collection of the damaged incubator was booked and I was told to let them know as soon as it was collected and they would expedite the refund process. I contacted them as soon as it was collected and heard nothing back. I sent further emails chasing and finally got a response two days later to say that once they'd received the incubator they would refund me. I checked the tracking and the incubator had already been delivered to them before they'd sent that email. I still hadn't received the refund and had to send more emails chasing it, with no response. I checked my PayPal the other day and discovered that they had sent the refund, but it was pending. I contacted PayPal, who confirmed that Internet Reptile had sent the refund via echeque instead of instant transfer, so I would have to wait up to 7 working days for the cheque to clear. I'm still waiting for the refund they said they would 'expedite' a week later. The whole process ordering from them has been absolute shambles. Initially it was the delivery company rather than Internet Reptile themselves; however, the way in which Internet Reptile have dealt with the damaged item has been shocking. Given the current heatwaves the country is experiencing, and the order being for an incubator, one would assume the importance of receiving the item quickly would be fairly obvious. Add to that my constant emails expressing how urgent I need the item, you'd think they'd be on the ball trying to organise the replacement. I'm now out of pocket and have lost reptile eggs due to this company and their delivery partner DX Delivery's incompetence. My complaints have simply been ignored. I have not received answers about why they sent the refund via echeque that would take a week to clear, and when asked multiple times for their complaints procedure, the response I finally got was that I was already speaking to their support team so there was nothing more they could do. They have made no effort to acknowledge or rectify the issues, nor have they made any attempt to try and salvage their relationship with a customer they have wronged.

I highly recommend this pet supply store…

I highly recommend this pet supply store. They have an amazing range of products and resources to cater for your pets needs. I have ordered from many stores but this one by far is the best. Excellent customer service, speedy deliveries and great staff to cater to your pets needs. The staff are courteous and extremely helpful.

DO NOT ORDER

I ordered over Β£50 worth or frozen rats and mice for my snakes and had no emails other then confirming I had payed I also didnt get any email or text with a ETA I was only given a tracking number but no place on the website to track the parcel or leading me to another website so I just waited for a week for my items to come. After almost 2 weeks I went to customer service to ask where I enter my tracking information and they finally send me a DIFFERENT tracking number to the original and the website I put it into and it came up as cancelled almost a week prior I go back to customer service and ask if I can have a refund or it redelivered and have been told they will issue no refunds and they do not redeliver and proceed to blame it on me not being in for the delivery. Which I 100% was as I stayed home for a week to make sure I didn’t miss it since I had no eta I also have a dog that will bark at any sign of someone coming near the house so I’m convinced that no delivery was even attempted and customer service have now gotten very pissy and are saying they aren’t open on weekends but I’ve been getting a response all Saturday until I said I want the matter dealing with. Don’t order from here they will scam you for your money and blame you for there bad communication.

Poor communication

Communication is poor and not only that once they finally replied to me only because of my review on here it was a very narky email. I wasn't informed that certain items come from the supplier etc etc I still stand by my original statement do not use these guys

Great πŸ‘ ordered Sunday- delivered Wednesday morning... was a bit apprehensive as the mixed reviews but took a gamble as thought most people only tend to review if they have a problem.... gamble paid off, got all of my items, quickly, and cheaper than in store.

Appalling service- Avoid this company

I bought a heat spot bulb from these people. An identical one of the same make had functioned well for two years. The internet reptile supplied bulb failed within 20 sec of use. I returned it, but they refused to replace it citing a spurious reason which was nothing to do with such an early failure which was very likely due to a manufacturing fault. The operative I dealt with was obstructive and unhelpful. I would advise avoiding this company

Generous sized items!

I ordered some grapevine wood, and cork logs, I was worried about the product because iv heard from other sites that they sent out tiny, pathetic little pieces ect! But I couldn’t be happier, they were both much larger than expected, very generous Pieces, And arrived very quickly too! Super happy :)

Reliable vendor for live food.

I've been ordering live food and other necessities from Internet Reptile for about a year and they've generally been very reliable. I usually opt for the cheapest delivery method and it tends to arrive within 3 or 4 days with the insects largely intact. However, recently I placed an order using the most expensive shipping method (overnight APC) and they didn't provide me with a tracking number, which was slightly annoying. But I'll also acknowledge that we're living through unprecedented times, so this may have been a simple oversight due to increased order volumes. I'd still recommend them to anyone who needs live food delivered to their home address.

Amazing Service

For the first time in many years of live food orders I have just had a delivery where every single locust has arrived ALIVE and looking extremely healthy. Less than 48 hours since order in the last week of December. You just can't ask for better service. Ten million brownie points. I have 2 very happy, full tummied bearded dragons and I'm a very happy dragon mum. Thank you loads. :)
