I accidentally ordered the wrong item and when I contacted Internet Ink, the company offered to take back the order. I have used the company for many years. The product and service has always been good, but this experience raises it to another level/
Great Value
I always use Internet Ink for my cartridges. The service is very good and the quality of the ink is great.
Long term purchaser
I have used Internet Ink for years. Compatible inks work well without a problem, delivery is prompt. This is my go-to ink supplier.

Whilst housesitting in the south of France I needed to replace the homeowners laser toner. Internet Ink offered a great price and only three days to deliver to France! I would buy again and don't see why others would go elsewhere.

I've always bought compatible cartridges for our Canon pixma printer from Internet-ink : they do the job fine and are much cheaper than the branded version; also they arrive very quickly after ordering even on the standard free delivery

One catridge failed to work with my printer. When I told the company, unlike others this was easy through email, I was given advice on resetting my printer. This did not solve the problem so I was supplied with a replacement cartridge at no extra cost. Bearing in mind the low prices this service was far better than expected

I have been purchasing my ink cartridges through Internet-Ink for some years now and always found them to be extremely helpful if I had a problem with my copier and would talk me through "what to do next". Their ink is good value and much cheaper than the Branded ones which do the same job only much more expensive.
