I accidentally ordered the wrong item and when I contacted Internet Ink, the company offered to take back the order. I have used the company for many years. The product and service has always been good, but this experience raises it to another level/

Long term purchaser

Amazing Customer Service
I was first confused about which ink to order and before my order was dispatched, I received a call confirming my order. The worker over the phone was extremely helpful and immediately noticed the cartridges would not work with my current printer. She very kindly swapped over my order and when they arrived, it was perfect for my printer! Great Customer Service !!

Quick and depenedable service
I have been using Internet Ink for some years now. The prices are competitive but the main reason is their fast and dependable service. Usually have my order delivered within two to three days. Thoroughly recommended.

Bigger and cheaper but just as good as original Epson cartridges
Excellent quality inks for Epson printers - their own brand of cartridges are as good as the original, but have more ink and are cheaper. I have been using replacement cartridges from Internet Ink for several years and have no reservations at all about their suitability and quality. The company also provides a fast service for dispatch of orders at a reasonable cost to Europe (free in UK).
