I accidentally ordered the wrong item and when I contacted Internet Ink, the company offered to take back the order. I have used the company for many years. The product and service has always been good, but this experience raises it to another level/

Long term purchaser

HP Laser very good, HP Inkjets sporadically failingβ¦
HP Laser cartridges are very good and delivery is prompt. Inkjet cartridges - I have had problems with a HP inkjet. This seems to be more a problem with HP programming their printers to reject non-HP compatible carts and I have had to buy the much more expensive HP versions, fortunately the volume I print with this type of printer is low but there remains a nagging doubt that what I am buying as compatible from Internet Ink may not in fact be and the cartridges possible rejected by HP software. This only affected a black XL cartridge but there are quite a few reports of these failing.

Prices are competetive. Delivery is fast and punctual. Telephone service when things do have a blip is fast helpful and immediate. Probably one of the best on line ink companies.

Was very very disappointed with HPβ¦
Was very very disappointed with HP refurbished black ink , I only got to copy 3 resumes and 2 reference letters and then Was Totally out of ink .. Will never buy from them again and the cost was close to a regular black cartridge at Target ! π

I have been buying compatible inks from Internet Ink for some time and can happily recommend them. Quality and price is good, delivery is fast, and customer service excellent. Recently, my printer died the day after I'd placed a large order for inks and I had to buy a new printer. I asked if I could return the ordered inks and exchange with ones to fit my new printer. No problems at all. They couldn't have been more helpful. My partner is a very fussy photographer (always uses branded inks) and once used my printer when his broke down to print some photos and he had to confess he was impressed with the quality of the compatible inks.

Price and quality first rate. Compatible inks always work first time and what's more there is more ink in the cartridge than generic brand. would not get my inks from anyone else.

Simply an outstanding company
Outstanding company. My one stop shop for ink cartridges. I cannot remember the last time I bought OEM cartridges for my printer, but they're a total ripoff in price! I have always bought 3rd party compatible cartridges and they have always worked brilliantly, more ink for your money and last much, much longer too. Also they arrive 1st class in the post next day if you order before 3pm. Brill. So much choice too. Outstanding! 10/10
