I accidentally ordered the wrong item and when I contacted Internet Ink, the company offered to take back the order. I have used the company for many years. The product and service has always been good, but this experience raises it to another level/

I always use Internet Ink for my cartridges. The service is very good and the quality of the ink is great.
Long term purchaser

An Excellent All-round Service
Internet Ink provide an excellent service, not only in terms of the consumables they supply, but also the backup support they offer. I had a major problem with a Canon ink jet printer and staff at Internet Ink researched the issue and 'rescued' the printer when, if I had followed the online advice and that from Canon, I would have had to replace the print head. Thank you Internet Ink.

Using Internet ink since 2006 100% reliable!
I have been using Internet Ink since 2006 and the price and service offered has always been highly competitive. Since 2005 I have owned and EPSON DX4850 which now after 14 years has only just gone end of life! All through this period it has had Internet Ink cartridges installed and so not only have they been reliable but have not adversely impacted the printer in any way. I now own a EPSON WF-2750 and will continue to purchase Internet Ink cartridges. Over the 14 years I would say I have had no more than 4 or 5 failed cartridges which I think Is fantastic. Great job Internet Ink!

I have been using Internet inks for 10 years
I have been using Internet inks compatibles and have found them excellent in my Epson stylus photo R340 printer for over 10 years. The prices have been quite competitive at the same time. It always amazes me how quickly I receive them in the post. Its a good company to deal with. Guy Tolson
