I accidentally ordered the wrong item and when I contacted Internet Ink, the company offered to take back the order. I have used the company for many years. The product and service has always been good, but this experience raises it to another level/

Long term purchaser

Faulty cartridge but dealt with very efficiently
I have used internet ink for a few years and their compatible cartridges have always worked really well. However, recently I received a laser cartridge that wasnβt working properly. They replaced it straight away. Unfortunately the replacement also had problems. So I had to contact them about the problem and they said that I would have to return the cartridge this time BUT they supplied and paid for return postage label. So I returned the cartridge and within 2 days I had a replacement which worked perfectly. So whilst it is unfortunate that it happened twice in a row, they dealt with it very quickly and efficiently. After the replacement cartridge was faulty I did consider whether to try elsewhere, but as they have dealt with this so efficiently I will continue to use them.
