Popped into infinity motorcycle…

Popped into infinity motorcycle southampton to get a lid sorted for myself. On my first visit Ben was super helpful helping me find a lid that fitted me and in a range of different budgets. I was not pressured to make a purchase that day. Went back a week later and this time dealt with Steve who was also fantastic mentioned Ben had helped me the week previous and I've made my decision on the lid I wanted. Steve also took his time in helping me with gloves which I also bought. He patiently helped me with some jackets which I will return again soon for. I felt very welcomed at infinity and was very well informed with a wealth of knowledge from the guys about gear. They will be my go to motorcycle store as I have trust in them. Thanks guys see you all again soon.

Great company to deal with

Great company to deal with. I bought boots and helmet online, both arrived very quickly shame they were tight so sent them back easy and quick. A couple of days later next size up arrived very fast and efficient. From order to my house with a second delivery with the right size was 7 days. I will definitely recommend to my friends and I'll be a customer again in the future. Thanks Mike 👍

After 5 years and thousands of pounds this company has burned me for the last time. I've been an infinity customer for the better part of a decade and have spent thousands of pounds with them. I have had issues in every single purchase from them. There's too many to name in one review but I'll give you the top five. I twice dropped off helmets for warranty work only to return weeks later and find that the helmets were still sitting in the shop and hadn't been sent out. This caused me in both cases to have to buy a new helmet to use in the interim. I received a size small helmet in a medium box. They then refused to send me a replacement until I shipped out the old one. This left me with no helmet for days and shows the lack of attention to detail that this company has. More recently I ordered some acf-50 along with a few other bits and bobs. The can of acf50 was too tall to fit in the box so rather than use an appropriately sized box for my order they remove the cap off the acf50. Which predictively caused it to spray everywhere inside the box soaking everything and the box. A total joke. My most recent order was a coms unit worth 290 pounds which they threw in a thin cardboard box with zero packing material. The coms box was crushed to half it's original size. It literally looks like it has been run over by a car. The only reason I've stayed for as long as I have is because of their loyalty program which predictably doesn't work as advertised. The kept creating duplicate accounts so my points would be spread across multiple accounts and I wouldn't receive my vouchers without emailing them. A £10 voucher here and there just does not make up for the absolutely horrendous service I've received over the years. I'm done. Hopefully sports bike shop can package an order correctly!

Such dreadful customer service

Bought boots online that proved to be uncomfortable so tried to arrange a return. Their "returns" label wasn't there so went to the website that also did not allow me to download a returns label. I called. They agreed yo email me a label. A week later I called again. A different person agreed the label had not been sent. But they would send me one. A week later again I cannot get them to even pick the phone up. They say they are closed and I should call back on the next working day. I've done this three working days in a row. I'm now paying to deliver these back to infinity and I'll not darken their door again. Such dreadful customer service.

Great shopping experience

I’ve been going to Infinity forever and they never fail to deliver. They always go above and beyond. For example, even during a busy time at the shop, they installed my Cardo Packtalk Edge to my helmet. Their advice is always top notch and they hire good human beings who are a pleasure to be around.

Great service and products

Bought a helmet and comms system online from Infinity and am really happy with my purchases, which were delivered really quickly. Before ordering I called the shop for some advice, and the lady I spoke to was great, really nice and helpful.

Ben couldn’t have been more helpful

Ben couldn’t have been more helpful. Busy on serving two customers at once. Nothing was too much trouble. Came away with Rukka kit, ready for the winter. Traveled from Worcestershire to their store east of Oxford. Just wish they would open a store in Worcester!
