After 5 years and thousands of pounds this company has burned me for the last time. I've been an infinity customer for the better part of a decade and have spent thousands of pounds with them. I have had issues in every single purchase from them. There's too many to name in one review but I'll give you the top five. I twice dropped off helmets for warranty work only to return weeks later and find that the helmets were still sitting in the shop and hadn't been sent out. This caused me in both cases to have to buy a new helmet to use in the interim. I received a size small helmet in a medium box. They then refused to send me a replacement until I shipped out the old one. This left me with no helmet for days and shows the lack of attention to detail that this company has. More recently I ordered some acf-50 along with a few other bits and bobs. The can of acf50 was too tall to fit in the box so rather than use an appropriately sized box for my order they remove the cap off the acf50. Which predictively caused it to spray everywhere inside the box soaking everything and the box. A total joke. My most recent order was a coms unit worth 290 pounds which they threw in a thin cardboard box with zero packing material. The coms box was crushed to half it's original size. It literally looks like it has been run over by a car. The only reason I've stayed for as long as I have is because of their loyalty program which predictably doesn't work as advertised. The kept creating duplicate accounts so my points would be spread across multiple accounts and I wouldn't receive my vouchers without emailing them. A £10 voucher here and there just does not make up for the absolutely horrendous service I've received over the years. I'm done. Hopefully sports bike shop can package an order correctly!
