Veraltet Bürstenwaschanlage- schlechte Reinigung
Bei der Wäsche gehen keine Insektenrückstände oder kleine Vogelkotstipser ab. Der Vorwäscher baut gleich Reklamationen vor und sagt, dass nicht alles weggewaschen wird. Hier stimmt Preiss-Leistung und Service gar nicht.
Schmutzige Wäsche
Für Ceramix XTR Programm 20 € bezahlt. Auto ist nicht vernünftig sauber rausgekommen. Jeder Menge Flecken. Leider großer Enttäuschung. Weg geschmissene Geld .

Polite and courteous service
Polite and courteous service. Unfortunately still had sticky bird poo stuck to my car at the end of the wash despite having gone for a total wax package. Everyone can have a bad day, but in my limited experience this happens when the guy on the jet washer doesn't bother to remove it and only gives it a tiny spray. A bit disappointed with the outcome, a shiny car but one with bird poo streaks.

Proffered service not provided. wax input did not occur and when brought to attendants notice they pleaded ignorance of system or they couldn't do anything. Referred me to email HO who haven't responded now for over a week Don't use this company. Over 3 weeks now and they ignore emails. If anything goes wrong they don't care. Awful customer service.

vor eineiger Zeit, dachte ich mir, spare doch mal ein bisschen und habe mir bei imo regensburg eine waschkarte für 50 € gekauft, allerdings wurde ch wohl betrogen, weil nach nur 6 Wäschen a 6 € wurde mir gesagt dass nicht mehr genug auf der Karte sind. 6 x 6 = 36 €. Dabei wurde mir von einem anderen Kollegen, der Waschanlage gesagt dass eine derartige Kontrolle nicht stattfinden kann. Wie auch immer, ich denke mal der Kollege der mir die Waschkarte verkauft hat, hat mir eine Karte für 30€ verkauft aber natürlich 50 € verechnet. Ein Schelm ist wer Absicht dahinter vermutet.

Der Chef unsympathisch und agressiv versucht einem die teuerste Wäsche anzudrehen da die anderen wasch Programme das Fahrzeug nicht sauber machen wo gibt es sowas!! Die Staubsauger saugen so gut wie gar nix! Dieser dre... laden einmal und nie wieder!

Paid £13.50 for the ULTRA HIGH clean. The experience was new as the car is pre washed with a power washer before going through a car wash, the car wash moves your car though the wash which is a strange feeling when your screen is covered in foam and it's moving with a car almost 2 feet in front. When the wash is completed the guy dries any remaining water of the car with a cloth. I got home and found dried bird muck still on the side of the car and the roof. Complete waste of money!

Immer sehr zufrieden
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und kann einen wirklich gut beraten. Die Vorwäsche sowie die Felgenreinigung ist einwandfrei. Menschen ,die erwarten das eine Anlage jeden Fitzel und jeden Winkel sauber bekommt , haben keine Ahnung. Zum Autowaschen gehört auch,nach der Wäsche selbst mit einem Mikrofasertuch nachzuwischen um unerwünschte Wasserflecken etc zu vermeiden. Vogelkot der wochenlang auf dem Lack bleibt, schädigt diesen! Die Jungs und die Anlage können nicht zaubern. Das komplette Grundstück ist sehr gepflegt, die Anlage nach dem Umbau wirklich ein Hingucker. Macht weiter so

Angestelltes Personal ist schlecht…
Angestelltes Personal ist schlecht eingewiesen und kommt mit der App nur schlecht zurecht. Preis wurde abgebucht, keine Wäsche erfolgt, da es nicht online ginge, also Barzahlung. Reklamation beim Betreiber erfolglos, Geld ist weg, keine Reaktion mehr ... für mich BETRUG !!! Keine Rückerstattung !!!

Don't trust this shower of absolute unprofessionalism.. they claim to put the customer first they do not..I claimed a reward which was not added to my wallet even though I sent them a screenshot of the pre paid wash.Sent them emails to try and sort it out but they were not prepared to listen,even with the proof sent.£11 for a so called ultrawash which left streaks all over the car,was bad enough but to be totally ignored by customer services even though I didn't complain about this at the time,basically takes the biscuit.Dont bother with the app as they don't live up to their claims if rewards..I won't be using this lot again and I'd advise anyone reading this to do the same...keep away! Total Rip off.
