Veraltet Bürstenwaschanlage- schlechte Reinigung
Bei der Wäsche gehen keine Insektenrückstände oder kleine Vogelkotstipser ab. Der Vorwäscher baut gleich Reklamationen vor und sagt, dass nicht alles weggewaschen wird. Hier stimmt Preiss-Leistung und Service gar nicht.
Schmutzige Wäsche
Für Ceramix XTR Programm 20 € bezahlt. Auto ist nicht vernünftig sauber rausgekommen. Jeder Menge Flecken. Leider großer Enttäuschung. Weg geschmissene Geld .

Ceramic xtr - top wash £19
Paid for an Ceramic XTR wash which is the top wash on the list, so for £19.00 I was expecting the works. The car wash still dirty & dusty the alloy Wheels were still filthy, marks left on windscreen, white splash marks everywhere, When i complained the staff were very rude refused to give me my money back and kept me waiting 40 minutes to rectify the issue. I even spoke to the manager over the phone whom was equally as rude and put the phone down on me when I told him I was going to complain & leave a negative review. Not impressed at all! I will stick to the local hand car wash in future. I doesn't even deserve one star but that was the lowest rating!

Ich hatte kürzlich die Gelegenheit, meinen Wagen bei IMO Car Wash in Mosbach reinigen zu lassen, und ich bin absolut begeistert! Der Service war schnell und professionell. Das Team war freundlich und hat sich wirklich um jedes Detail gekümmert. Mein Auto sah nach der Behandlung wie neu aus – die Innenreinigung war besonders gründlich, und auch die Außenwäsche hat alle meine Erwartungen übertroffen. Die Verwendung hochwertiger Produkte und die Liebe zum Detail sind hier definitiv spürbar. Zusätzlich war die gesamte Atmosphäre im Waschcenter sehr einladend und sauber. Ich kann IMO Car Wash Mosbach nur wärmstens empfehlen und werde definitiv wiederkommen! Vielen Dank für den tollen Service!

Anlage Wildau
Heute das erste mal die relativ neue Anlage in Wildau benutzt! Um den Laden mache ich in Zukunft einen großen Bogen! Abzockerladen mit einer SB Flatrate für 2,50€. Müsste eher Blitz-Flat heißen, wenn man grad nur 1x ums Auto kommt! Aber die Waschanlage ist ein großer Witz! Jede Dorftanke hat bessere Anlagen. Ich gebe im Jahr locker mind. 300€ fürs Waschen aus. IMO bekommt keinen Cent davon! Auf nimmer Wiedersehen!

Pre paid vouchers SCAM
Bought some pre paid vouchers to use at my local car wash as I'm a regular customer. Turned up today to wash my car and the vouchers have disappeared!! They've expired, no warning by email or from the app. So I've spent £40 on car washes for nothing ? Absolutely no reason for them to expire so quickly when you're buying them in bulk.

I've used this wash before always good service. But today at 950am guy with beard. Very bad attitude. Clapped at me like I was a naughty dog to move faster. I was reading there price list . And was going to get valet.. I pulled foward no cars behind so no rush. To be told read this sighn. I'm sorry but I won't pay good money to be spoken to like this. And here's an idea try a smile like the guy beside you. This is a sure way to lose customers

Non existent customer services.
Went for the highest spec car wash; it broke down three times and the finish was awful and had water spots everywhere. I emailed customer services to be offered a free (lower spec) wash. I replied saying I had the higher one…no reply. Emailed two weeks later…no reply. Contacted through their website. No reply. Really poor customer services. Won’t be using again.
