Veraltet Bürstenwaschanlage- schlechte Reinigung
Bei der Wäsche gehen keine Insektenrückstände oder kleine Vogelkotstipser ab. Der Vorwäscher baut gleich Reklamationen vor und sagt, dass nicht alles weggewaschen wird. Hier stimmt Preiss-Leistung und Service gar nicht.
Schmutzige Wäsche
Für Ceramix XTR Programm 20 € bezahlt. Auto ist nicht vernünftig sauber rausgekommen. Jeder Menge Flecken. Leider großer Enttäuschung. Weg geschmissene Geld .

Damaged vehicle
My mirror was torn off by car wash. I filled an accident report out. I've had the mirror replaced. It was beyond repair and illegal to drive. At a cost of £220. I've sent multiple emails none have been answered I rang was told to report it online (as a message) couldn't speak to anyone the operator of the car wash suggested super glue. Complete joke. Totally ignored. This happened at Cardiff Newport Rd branch. Absolutely disgraceful

Paid for a basic £6 car wash at IMO…
Paid for a basic £6 car wash at IMO Plympton, Plymouth as I was short on time. Absolutely rubbish! Still ingrained dirt in lots of different places. A car wash for this company doesn't mean a clean car apparently!!! I'll be going back to having a proper hand wash from now on. It might take a bit longer but at least the car is clean afterwards and they'll do the inside too for not much more.
