Veraltet Bürstenwaschanlage- schlechte Reinigung
Bei der Wäsche gehen keine Insektenrückstände oder kleine Vogelkotstipser ab. Der Vorwäscher baut gleich Reklamationen vor und sagt, dass nicht alles weggewaschen wird. Hier stimmt Preiss-Leistung und Service gar nicht.
Schmutzige Wäsche
Für Ceramix XTR Programm 20 € bezahlt. Auto ist nicht vernünftig sauber rausgekommen. Jeder Menge Flecken. Leider großer Enttäuschung. Weg geschmissene Geld .

My poor car scratched
Terrible car wash. A few weeks ago noticed a bad scratch on the roof of my car that could only been caused by the dryer that comes up and over. Passed by last week on way to Lidl and noticed the dryer is gone and the cloth curtains are in place at the end now. Won’t be taking my new car through any car wash in future, hand wash only from now on

Have used before and been very satisfied. Went last week and used my pre paid rain guard. When we were getting to the drying end I heard a scraping type noise but thought it was just the dryer passing over the aerial and didn't think too much about it and drove off. Got home and parked up and there are scratch marks on the roof. Contacted the Lancing branch and then head office. Nothing - no response. One scraped car and very poor customer service. Would not recommend now.

Ich bin seit Jahren Kunde in der Untermühlaustraße und durchgehend sehr zufrieden. Diese Bewertung abzugeben hat als Ursache die neuerdings angebotene Innenreinigung. Diese wurde kostengünstig und sauber durchgeführt. Bemerkenswert ist der Hinweis eines Kunden in der angrenzenden Box: Er kam auf Empfehlung aus Ludwigshafen und war von der Arbeit ebenfalls angetan. Eine Weiterempfehlung meinerseits steht nichts im Wege. Danke
