Veraltet Bürstenwaschanlage- schlechte Reinigung
Bei der Wäsche gehen keine Insektenrückstände oder kleine Vogelkotstipser ab. Der Vorwäscher baut gleich Reklamationen vor und sagt, dass nicht alles weggewaschen wird. Hier stimmt Preiss-Leistung und Service gar nicht.
Schmutzige Wäsche
Für Ceramix XTR Programm 20 € bezahlt. Auto ist nicht vernünftig sauber rausgekommen. Jeder Menge Flecken. Leider großer Enttäuschung. Weg geschmissene Geld .

Paid 14 pounds hd wash came out dirty and all scratches down passenger side carnt prove it but I know that it wasn't like that before so if you have been i would check your car won't be going back won't let me put were but hartlepool

Got my car wash and clean inside and out at imo Winchester Tesco today, the staff were very friendly and attentive, wanted to give you speedy service and help you save money, would recommend to anyone wanting great service at affordable prices

Betreiber verlang 11€ anstelle 7€
Betreiber verlangte im Feb. anstelle 7€ für die Basiswäsche 8€ trotz großem 7€ Preisschild Am 9.05. wollte der Betreiber 11€ mit der Begründung, die Sensoren sind defekt Autowäsche daraufhin nicht durchgeführt Ich werde diese Waschanlage künftig meiden

Not a great car wash! 😒
Have used this car wash for a long time but it is steadily going downhill. I've been in it several times recently when the power has cut out (recently it cut out twice whilst I was in there!) and you have to just sit in there and wait for a member of staff to switch it back on. Today the big blower wasn't working (the staff didn't mention it) and the car ended up covered in water streaks, so despite paying £10 for a car wash, I had to finish it off myself when I got home! (The windows and tyres also still needed cleaning). I also have a fairly big new scratch down one side. I think my visits to IMO may have come to an end!

Amazing carwash the only one I trust the lads are so welcoming and trustworthy , left my car why I went food shopping come back my car was like show room ready !! So friendly and brilliant priced wash will always recommend these guys for their fantastic services and there attitude to their work is on point. Thanks guys
