The agent was very helpful, honest and informative. Unfortunately I was unable to get my problem resolved, through no fault of the agent. I lost wi fi connection whilst trying to resolve why I was not receiving roaming data whilst in Iceland
Recently, my partner and I, both with iD have been unable to make or receive either calls or texts. People have tried to contact us and cannot get through. I can't call out. I've contacted customer service and they tell me I'm lying, but other customers are reporting the same issues. There's just no network. I'm paying for the ability to miss important phone calls. I'll be leaving iD as soon as I have time to organise a new contract.
When I first joined I.D Mobile over 8 years ago I found it to be very affordable, but recently it has gone down hill, the signal is terrible, frequent outages the phone I have on contract with them has now developed a pink line down one side of the screen so I tried to get another contract for a new phone and got turned down,I have 5 more months left on my existing contract stuck with a defective phone. Just had so much trouble with this network The upfront costs are now so high I've decided I won't be upgrading and will be changing my network provider... I do not recommend this mobile phone network.

It's nice and cheap but signal isn't very good where I live.
I set up a direct debit and then cancelled it. I reinstated the direct debit within a month of cancelling. This was confirmed by ID mobile approx 6x via autoreply. On my own bank account the direct debit was reinstated but no money has been collected for 4 months. This review is a last resort for them to reinstate my direct debit. I have tried to contact them unsuccessfully and i know from my own experience that my minutes/data will run out in 3 days. I will not be able to make any calls or use data. This is unacceptable. I fully expect they will hold me to the remaining 14 months of my contract.
Little data and phone signal in my hometown. Other ID mobile users have said the same. Tried cancelling my @iD_Mobile_UK contract since 3rd June due to zero coverage in my hometown, they keep failing to contact me which has lead me to being 2 days out of the 14 day returns (since delivery). @CPWTweets refuse to help despite only being connected on 27th June. Tried to cancel 6 days after connection and no one will help despite ID mobiles saying they have a 30 days return, but it needs to be done through carphone warehouse. ID mobile want £445 to cancel the contract despite not being able to supply network coverage to me. Both keep passing the buck. Shocking service. ID also said the phone line is too poor they'd call me back but never do. #CustomerServiceFail
The good thing is it is a very reasonable price so maybe i am expecting too much ! But although there is supposed to be internet access through the service provider, access to anything online seems impossible when i am out of range if an internet signal and it needs to come through the iD service. Also in many places there is no signal so one cannot contact anyone 🙁 Having said that, for £7 a month it does give me unlimited texts and phone calls ( when i can get through ! ) and that is really the main thing i personally need a phone for. It depends what you need from a service provider !!
I have very poor coverage , can’t get a signal despite the signal. at the top is 4 blips why ? A problem if there is an emergency. Thinking maybe time to change provider
