The agent was very helpful, honest and informative. Unfortunately I was unable to get my problem resolved, through no fault of the agent. I lost wi fi connection whilst trying to resolve why I was not receiving roaming data whilst in Iceland

Major Drop Off Recently

Recently, my partner and I, both with iD have been unable to make or receive either calls or texts. People have tried to contact us and cannot get through. I can't call out. I've contacted customer service and they tell me I'm lying, but other customers are reporting the same issues. There's just no network. I'm paying for the ability to miss important phone calls. I'll be leaving iD as soon as I have time to organise a new contract.

I.D Mobile Upfront Costs

When I first joined I.D Mobile over 8 years ago I found it to be very affordable,but recently it has gone down hill,the signal is terrible, frequent outages the phone I have on contract with them has now developed a pink line down one side of the screen so I tried to get another contract for a new phone and got turned down,I have 5 more months left on my existing contract stuck with a defective phone. Just had so much trouble with this network The upfront costs are now so high I've decided I won't be upgrading and will be changing my network provider... I do not recommend this mobile phone network.

There is no way to contact the ID mobile, I tried many times and also googled it but no number is available to contact .

Awful company with dire customer…

Awful company with dire customer service. Failed to move my new number to a contract then took money even though I said I wanted to cancel. Also note they use restricted bandwidths as they piggyback on another major network so your data won't work in busy periods.

Worst nework I have ever used

Worst nework I have ever used, cheap for a reason! Poor network coverage, useless agents in the live chat that are no help at all. Glad to finally be at the end of my contract with ID, I will never use them again.
