The agent was very helpful, honest and informative. Unfortunately I was unable to get my problem resolved, through no fault of the agent. I lost wi fi connection whilst trying to resolve why I was not receiving roaming data whilst in Iceland

Major Drop Off Recently

Recently, my partner and I, both with iD have been unable to make or receive either calls or texts. People have tried to contact us and cannot get through. I can't call out. I've contacted customer service and they tell me I'm lying, but other customers are reporting the same issues. There's just no network. I'm paying for the ability to miss important phone calls. I'll be leaving iD as soon as I have time to organise a new contract.

I.D Mobile Upfront Costs

When I first joined I.D Mobile over 8 years ago I found it to be very affordable,but recently it has gone down hill,the signal is terrible, frequent outages the phone I have on contract with them has now developed a pink line down one side of the screen so I tried to get another contract for a new phone and got turned down,I have 5 more months left on my existing contract stuck with a defective phone. Just had so much trouble with this network The upfront costs are now so high I've decided I won't be upgrading and will be changing my network provider... I do not recommend this mobile phone network.

iD Mobile esim

I downloaded an iD Mobile esim at the end of May on a Galaxy S23 and ported my old number via PAC. The whole process went very smoothly and I was kept well informed. Roaming in Spain was then included and not an extra. I'm more than happy with iD Mobile

Horrendous customer service extremely…

Horrendous customer service extremely rude and no help at all. Customer service agent called Nonceba was awful on live chat and after an hour, still didn't answer my question and then ended the chat. Extremely poor customer service.
