On the 18th of December 2024 I locked myself out of my phone so contacted ID Mobile who sent me a text to the locked phone which would enable me to lock it. No one advised me on how the access the text on my locked phone so I have now been without a phone 7 months. I kept contacting ID mobile and always got the same answer. I kept paying my direct debit until June then I cancelled it thinking this will make them sit up and take notice. It did - they referred my account to a debt collection agency and not I am a bad credit risk!
