The agent was very helpful, honest and informative. Unfortunately I was unable to get my problem resolved, through no fault of the agent. I lost wi fi connection whilst trying to resolve why I was not receiving roaming data whilst in Iceland
Recently, my partner and I, both with iD have been unable to make or receive either calls or texts. People have tried to contact us and cannot get through. I can't call out. I've contacted customer service and they tell me I'm lying, but other customers are reporting the same issues. There's just no network. I'm paying for the ability to miss important phone calls. I'll be leaving iD as soon as I have time to organise a new contract.
When I first joined I.D Mobile over 8 years ago I found it to be very affordable,but recently it has gone down hill,the signal is terrible, frequent outages the phone I have on contract with them has now developed a pink line down one side of the screen so I tried to get another contract for a new phone and got turned down,I have 5 more months left on my existing contract stuck with a defective phone. Just had so much trouble with this network The upfront costs are now so high I've decided I won't be upgrading and will be changing my network provider... I do not recommend this mobile phone network.

When I first moved over to ID I had great phone reception, last two weeks has been terrible reception

Works great in uk but went on cruise and would not work on shore even on roaming.

Cheap as chips!!! I got a brand new phone, 5 times the amount of data for the exact same price i was paying for sim only (the kevin bacon company)!!!and the change over was simple and easy, so kept my old number. I've not had one single signal problem (which my old company said I would)!!! Can't believe it didn't switch sooner!!!
