Prompt effective customer service; item descripion could be clearer.
To be clear at the outset I'm happy with my product and the service received. In the spirit of helping you to improve; I received my watch which is unworn and to all intents new but because registered in Dec 16 in France (I presume) is 2nd owner in terms of warrantee. I infered this from the online description at time of purchase but it was not explicit in the details. Perhaps the description online should make known the date registration of some other detail to help the purchaser.

I ordered a watch, which wasn't in their store at that time (they even called me to let me know it will takes time to get one), but they purchased it for me very quickly. About their communication: they always kept me updated. Delivery: I exactly got what I ordered. It was well-packed (double layer bubble-foil), nothing damage. They post it me on Tuesday, I had it in my hands on Wednesday (UK -> Central Europe) Recommended!
