Great prices and service
I've bought two watches and a Pen from Iconic watches over the last few years and the pricing and service is second to none. The first watch I picked up personally from their shop in Blackburn and the staff where excellent. The pen and second watch where delivered to my home by secure courier and again the service was great. I would fully recommend them to anyone.

Great service and communications
Having had issues trying to source a watch from another supplier, I went to iconic as the reviews spoke for themselves. Ordered the watch and was kept up to date with any information. Unfortunately the supplier sent the wrong watch originally, but they quickly turned round the right watch and it was still within their timescales. Watch arrived well packaged and with links taken out ready to wear. Thanks again

If you are after a luxury watch give Iconic watches a ring. Brilliant service, excellent discount, the helpful staff will guide you through your requirement without any fuss or ado. The staff are passionate about the watches they sell, and supply only certified authentic time pieces. I bought a Omega Seamaster professional diver, extremely happy with the watch and service. Highly recommended.

First time customer and it won't be the last. I went to the shop to collect the watch, I have to say I was a bit surprised to see the shutters down but after a quick phone call I was in the showroom. Everything is displayed beautifully and the watch I had come to buy was ready for me to view. Liz and Gail were very helpful and most knowledgeable and the whole transaction went very smoothly . I would certainly recommend Iconic if you are looking for that special watch at the right price
