Excellent purchase from Iconic Watches
Excellent service and delivery, very happy with the watch, exactly as described and fairly priced. I am a regular buyer of pre owned watches and I would recommend iconic watches as one of the best I've dealt with. Delivery, packaging and communication were all excellent, I would definitely buy from them again.

ICONIC WATCHES: simply the best!!
I am an expert in buying and selling luxury watches and, during the last week, I purchased an Omega Seamaster from Iconic Watches. The service provided by Iconic Watches is simply one of the best, if not the best, on the Planet. The price was absolutely the best on the market!! The watch was described as a used one and the reported conditions were 10/10. I have received the watch (in Italy) just 48 hours after the payment. The watch is ABSOLUTELY equivalent to a brand-new, unworn item. Moreover, they offer for free extended warranties and insurances for the purchased items. The employee Mariana helped me a lot in making the right choice, and turned out being kind, effective, super skilled and qualified from the very first moment. Summarizing: the lowest prices, the fastest shipping methods, the best overall service all around!

I have made a number of trades with this company previously over the years. I recently made an enquiry regarding the purchase of a watch. I had 2 existing pieces that I wanted to part exchange. I was asked to provide specific information regarding the watches....make, model number, box and papers, condition etc. This was fully disclosed and I was then given a part exchange valuation subject to the watches being 'as described'. I made an appointment and then visited iconic. The proprietor of the shop said the watches were indeed as described but because she didn't like them and thought they would be hard to sell she didn't want to proceed with the transaction. I will give the proprietor her dues....she was certainly candid in explaining her motives. Would never deal with them again....imagine how you would fair if you had a warranty claim!! Iconic watches?....more like Shambolic watches!!

If you're reading this then you are obviously planning on buying an expensive watch from IconicWatches and worrying about whether you're going to actually get your watch and lose your money. Don't worry you're going through exactly the same stresses I did when I purchased by Tag Heuer Calibre 16. The prices are that competitive you think there must be a scam somewhere. You have the "Official" Tag Dealers telling you that you won't get the full manufacturers warranty and purchasing through them is the only way to secure your purchase. FEAR NOT. The estimate on my watch as 2-5weeks, communication was excellent, whenever there was a status update on my order an email came through immediately. It came to iconicwatches on a Friday and they were happy to upgrade the postal service to ensure i got it on a Saturday morning (obviously had to pay for the privilege, but that was my choice). I paid the balance on the credit card and was a little miffed at the credit card transaction fee, but the watch got delivered as promised the following day, in the usual Tag packaging with the relevant warranty card etc. So I'd paid my several thousand + the credit card fee and then had the stress about do I then pay them again via bank transfer to then allow the credit card transaction and fees to be credited!!! Do I really want to risk paying for the watch twice. I thought long and hard and paid again and true to their word the credit card transaction was refunded the following day. If you want the watch of your dreams for considerably less than you can purchase on the high street then don't hesitate to use ICONICWATCHES. 1st class service in every department and extremely courteous. Don't worry about anything, this is all legitimate, you'll save yourself several hundreds of pounds to then go and spoil yourself with something else. I shall return again soon and purchase something else....A+++++++++
