Pretty dogshit tbh

It was ok for the first few months, but then it required a network extender to work at the same efficiency. After that it was a massive fall in quality, it cannot work efficiently at any point in time anymore.

Dave was amazing

I spoke to Dave who was really really helpful. He told me all the information I needed to know and made it personalised to suit my needs so I wasn’t overpaying anything. He explained everything so clearly and we even had a couple laughs together during that time. I don’t think I have ever experienced customer service like this one before. Thank you so so much!

Cal was professional

Cal was professional, reassuring, patient and most of all friendly and knowledgeable. I suffer from anxiety and depression and he was a very calming influence and great help. I would have taken much longer doing the set-ups and bookings that he did with ease and reassurance. He deserves a lot of praise for doing a superb job. Thanks a million Cal!!!
