It was ok for the first few months, but then it required a network extender to work at the same efficiency. After that it was a massive fall in quality, it cannot work efficiently at any point in time anymore.
Liam was amazing, worked tirelessly to trouble shoot my issue and got my internet on line. He was patient and helpful 100% fantastic experience

An official complaint has gone in. Promises made at the outset of the account being opened weren't honored. Not only that but the cost went up by Β£10 per month for two years with the start of a new contract. Finally when asked to speak to a manger they refused to do so.

Absolute terrible customer service. Unfortunately I got myself into a 24 month contract when I moved into a property. The fee to end the contract is expensive unless you sign yourself up for another of their services, then they are happy to break the previous contract for free!! They told me a price to put it on hold by 2 different people, the a few weeks later I was told they had their info wrong and they wanted more money. They harassed me with emails and phone calls sometimes 2-3 times a day. Absolutely avoid this company. Their customer service is shockingly bad

Spoke to Norbit i think his name was. This was the 3rd time speaking to him on separate occasions, and he's been brilliant. He's talked me through everything clearly and really helped me understand. I phoned today and got someone else who just sent me an email that made no sense, phoned again and got Norbit and he instantly remembered me and knew what was wrong. Excellent service. I'm super happy.

Amazing customer service provided by Jordan, understood our needs and got us the best deals for our property. We are very satisfied by his friendly approach and he explained everything in a calm and friendly manner. Had a non-trivial billing and contract change requirement involving divesting myself of my old domains and business broadband / DNS / etc - and converting this to a consumer broadband product without hosting or domains. They did it all in one phone call. Thanks Juned, I'm very happy. Cheers guys. :)
