Terrible experience. Customer service was virtually nonexistent. I contacted them multiple times by phone and email to rearrange a delivery and got no help at all. In the end, I was charged a hefty return fee, didnβt receive the item I ordered, and wasted hours dealing with an unhelpful delivery service. They use poorly rated couriers, which Iβve since seen mentioned in other reviews. I ended up going to a high street retailer instead and placed the same order with no fuss. Avoid.
Never got my sofa as the delivery company they use Arrow XL are shockingly inefficient. Address entered incorrectly. Failure to adhere to their own policies of contact prior to delivery, and autonomy to change delivery dates with no consideration for working peopleβs lives. I wasted so much time on the phone to both the delivery company and The actual clients. Had I known that this would be such an issue I

First a quick appraisal for the staff they have working for them - specifically Roisin. She was incredibly calm, and easy to talk to.
I had ordered a Ometa Air Conditioner in Space Grey" but when it arrived it showed "Black" on the box and the casing itself looks black.
After calling and getting through to Roisin she explained that it was the correct item that had been sent, just that the images being used online do not truly marry up to what you get. To which a suitable resolution was made on the phone and actioned within a couple of minutes.
Moral of the story, don't trust what you see online, its all photoshopped.
As for the company itself, you do need to make sure you're selling what your showing. I could have quite easily... lost my cool... about this whole situation. Delivered in a fairly timely manner, and overall experience was pleasant enough. You've been spared 2 stars because of Roisin.
Great communication. Prompt delivery with no damage by delivery firm. Sofa is as per picture. Quite a firm seat and back, but this doesnβt bother me. All in all very pleased.
Everything great from ordering to delivery and communication between company and delivery men were exceptional thanks to the delivery men who went beyond too help us with our chairs
My husband and I highly recommend this company. Their customer service team, based in Scotland, are nothing short of outstanding. Our issue was dealt with swiftly and professionally. They went above and beyond to ensure we were happy (I would like to give a special shout out to Margaret). We will definitely purchase from them in the future. Thanks again!
Easy to assemble but not transparent on website self assemble.To be aware non-able/living on own may struggle without assistance.Service for assembling if even charged could that not be offered?.Delivery service communication spot on.Joe let me know is availability time when called and kept to it.Thank you.
