As a lover of most of Greggs products…

As a lover of most of Greggs products disappointed to buy a pack of 4 chocolate caramel slices and ind not only the packaging but the recipe has clearly changed! Chocolate topping was thinner and didn't taste the same or as nice/ the biscuit tasted far more sugary and disintegrate when eating. Bad move on such a great product unlikely to buy again!

Greggs have no interest in British…

Greggs have no interest in British Foods or Culture. Greggs Sausage Rolls in 2025 only contain 18 percent Pork! They used to be made with 72 percent Pork but Greggs chosen to scrap British Culture and Foods like Pork, Chilli Beef Slices and Ham Salad Baguettes. Greggs factory in Bradford/Leeds were secretly making Ham Salad Baguettes with Beef and added sodium to make it taste like Pork and they were caught red handed by people they recruited to see why Greggs Sausage Rolls have declined in sales and made people in Belgium come down with food poisoning! Greggs would rather sell Curry Vegetable Pasties over their own countries culture and food of Chilli Beef Pasties (which are 47 percent cheaper to make) than Curry Vegetable Pasties. Another British company going down hill and what could be worse? Greggs South Asian staff barred white British customers asking for Pork Sausage Rolls and Ham Salad Baguettes in Greggs Stores claiming in Islam Pork is prohibited and Greggs will be adapting their laws! Greggs have cracked up like eggs-grrr-eggs! Humpty Dumpty will never save his soul for this stupid company that neglects its own countries foods and culture!

AWFUL POLICIES

I am not a customer of Greggs, and never have been, but if I was, I would certainly not go back there again due to the way they waste their food, and treat their staff. A friend of mine works in a local branch, bashing his pan out for minimum wage. He is not allowed during his working day, a free snack or sandwich, bottle of water, or a cup of tea or Coffee. Or even to purchase something at a reduced staff rate. But what really annoys me is that at the end of the day any left over stuff has to be chucked in the bin, the staff cannot take anything for themselves. Secondly, there is 2 local food banks which would love to take their left over food. I often pass my local branch around closing time, and you can see often bags of perfectly good left over food being thrown out. It's a disgrace.

The Log Pond, great customer service, credit where credit is due.

What a breath of fresh air D'andre is from the Greggs at The Log Pond, Gloucester. It makes a pleasant customer experience to have an assistant like him, nothing was too much trouble when I couldn't decide on what to have. A very polite young man who I hope to see next time I shop there.

Miserable experience

Greggs Eye Green on the A47 near Peterborough. Stone cold bakes. Miserable staff. Miserable place. How on earth did Greggs become the most popular takeaway in the Uk?

Acocks Green Greggs

Great Service with 2 lovely staff Mateo (Mat) and a young Asian Lad. Both worked well together. They have a lot to do but were on top of it all. Customers need to be more patient and appreciate this young workers are doing their BEST 👌 This company has been in Acocks Green for MANY MANY years.

Today 24/7/2026

Today 24/7/2026, I went to greggs store in preston St George’s centre. I wanted a motcha with no milk which I’ve been getting it from other Greggs stores for long time but I was surprised that a member of staff called Nathan and the manager refused to serve me with my usual coffee, I said please remove the cup when the machine start dropping the milk as I have milk allergies. The staff refused my order stating that they cannot do that, I explained to them that I’ve been getting it from other store in preston even in Manchester airport and that it is possible to remove the cup but the staff and the manager have refused answering they won’t do that another way “have it with milk or…..”. I’ve been using Greggs for a long time and never experienced what I experienced it today. I’m very upset and gutted. I went to the store next to preston market and got my usual coffee then went back to the store in St George centre to show them the coffee and said the only reason I came to this store is because the both other stores run out of caramel donuts. I usually get bottle of water, motcha with no milk and a caramel donuts. I don’t believe that was a professional approach towards a customer and I believe that goes against the company customer care policy. NOT A GOOD CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE NEEDS ADDRESSED
