Kilmarnock store was very good
Kilmarnock retail park store was very good, a little busy but helpful friendly staff and piping hot food
Greggs has room for improvement based on customer feedback. Customers particularly appreciate service and professional, though some mention concerns about customer service and expensive.

There is a dead bug in my daughters yum yum
As a lover of most of Greggs products disappointed to buy a pack of 4 chocolate caramel slices and ind not only the packaging but the recipe has clearly changed! Chocolate topping was thinner and didn't taste the same or as nice/ the biscuit tasted far more sugary and disintegrate when eating. Bad move on such a great product unlikely to buy again!
Greggs have no interest in British Foods or Culture. Greggs Sausage Rolls in 2025 only contain 18 percent Pork! They used to be made with 72 percent Pork but Greggs chosen to scrap British Culture and Foods like Pork, Chilli Beef Slices and Ham Salad Baguettes. Greggs factory in Bradford/Leeds were secretly making Ham Salad Baguettes with Beef and added sodium to make it taste like Pork and they were caught red handed by people they recruited to see why Greggs Sausage Rolls have declined in sales and made people in Belgium come down with food poisoning! Greggs would rather sell Curry Vegetable Pasties over their own countries culture and food of Chilli Beef Pasties (which are 47 percent cheaper to make) than Curry Vegetable Pasties. Another British company going down hill and what could be worse? Greggs South Asian staff barred white British customers asking for Pork Sausage Rolls and Ham Salad Baguettes in Greggs Stores claiming in Islam Pork is prohibited and Greggs will be adapting their laws! Greggs have cracked up like eggs-grrr-eggs! Humpty Dumpty will never save his soul for this stupid company that neglects its own countries foods and culture!

Disappointed, abbey wood Bristol greggs out of bacon at 10:30am and not cooking anymore more. Since this is a popular item it is bad management that they do not have enough stock.
Greggs breakfast batch tasted like human feaseas and I'm increasingly concerned by the bad food produced in the coventry area, as well as public hair found in the packs of doughnuts. GREGGS TEACH YOUR STAFF THE CORRECT HYGEINE.
Now that Greggs have become less of a family business, their old favourites have vanished including bread. Firstly, their sausage rolls used to be first class and second to none. They are now greasy and tasteless both in their hot and cold form. Whats happened to the following favourites....meat and potato pasties, bread pudding, sweet chilli chicken sandwich, and many more items seem to have disappeared without reason. Over priced, inferior quality "fodder" and simply not worth the time or effort to even contemplate buying. Shame on you!
Excellent staff at BarHill, Cambridgeshire. Unfortunately their WiFi was cussing problems and on occasions not registering points on your purchases. They gave me a receipt and to contact Customer Services. I contacted them and spoke to a lovely girl/lady called Holly who took details for access to my details on the app and awarded me the points with no problem. Thank you Holly.
What made greggs stand out years ago was there keen prices and hot sausage rolls. Now we have a big company that is not interested in any of that,From cold sausage rolls and the price increases there not the company they started out to be.You contact them and get a generic prescripted reply not even addressing what you wrote to the about. Now there nothing special there just another over priced average Quilty at best food shop.
Went to this Gregg's (Birmingham 41 High Street) in the morning as missed my breakfast 🍳 Ordered chicken bake & steak bake like 9AM & a hot drink. Both bake were cold!!!! U want me to pay over £2 for a cold bake that was suppose to be kept at least warm??? Trading standards needs to investigate them for serving food that's probably from yesterday if it's that cold in the morning. I know times are hard with the electric💡 but as a company that's making so much profit, the Franchise owner needs to stop be so tight on the electric bill
Couldnt heat a snackpot sold in the shop, didnt listen to order, rude, restaurant was filthy.
I recently visited Greggs and had cause to make a complaint. Their Head Office Customer Service immediately responded in great detail and were extremely apologetic. They gave us a generous goodwill gesture, which we're looking forward to using. Sometimes things don't always go to plan, but they immediately rectified it. Would recommend.
