As a lover of most of Greggs products…
As a lover of most of Greggs products disappointed to buy a pack of 4 chocolate caramel slices and ind not only the packaging but the recipe has clearly changed! Chocolate topping was thinner and didn't taste the same or as nice/ the biscuit tasted far more sugary and disintegrate when eating. Bad move on such a great product unlikely to buy again!

Greggs have no interest in British…
Greggs have no interest in British Foods or Culture. Greggs Sausage Rolls in 2025 only contain 18 percent Pork! They used to be made with 72 percent Pork but Greggs chosen to scrap British Culture and Foods like Pork, Chilli Beef Slices and Ham Salad Baguettes. Greggs factory in Bradford/Leeds were secretly making Ham Salad Baguettes with Beef and added sodium to make it taste like Pork and they were caught red handed by people they recruited to see why Greggs Sausage Rolls have declined in sales and made people in Belgium come down with food poisoning! Greggs would rather sell Curry Vegetable Pasties over their own countries culture and food of Chilli Beef Pasties (which are 47 percent cheaper to make) than Curry Vegetable Pasties. Another British company going down hill and what could be worse? Greggs South Asian staff barred white British customers asking for Pork Sausage Rolls and Ham Salad Baguettes in Greggs Stores claiming in Islam Pork is prohibited and Greggs will be adapting their laws! Greggs have cracked up like eggs-grrr-eggs! Humpty Dumpty will never save his soul for this stupid company that neglects its own countries foods and culture!

Really have went down hill over the past 10 years absolutely disgusting sandwiches and the price has went through the roof. It's like every time I go the quality is getting worse and every year it's getting worse 1 Star it 2 much too be honest!!! Every store all over the UK is the same reviews by a nationwide contractor. Disgusting best go to baynes or a local baker for real food

just been to Greggs on the industrial…
just been to Greggs on the industrial estate where i was in the line waiting my turn where i witnessed one of the employees (Shannon) screaming at her co-worker (think her name is shelly) in a not needed way and she was not even bothered about the customers who were there in the shop. absolutely disgusting behaviour.

Do better pls
Delivery trucks come every morning usually 3 to 4 am below a residential building and make so much noise, Having to get recording equipment installed by the council as obviously communicating to them the impact 7 mornings of disruption of rest no concern for those who live here etc . Saw online it's not the first time they have been in trouble for this too! Do better Greggs city residents don't get much in the way of peace but allow us maybe midnight until 5? Before rocking up clattering pallets banging doors etc . Once 6am comes my bedroom is above the store then the staff open up and there is my lot for rest ? It seems everything has to be done the painful way it's so sad

I recently emailed Greggs Customer…
I recently emailed Greggs Customer Service regarding an issue I was having with my app. This was on Sunday 25th May 2025. The day before Bank Holiday Monday. Within 2 minutes of sending the email, I had a phone call from Greggs Customer Service advising me how to resolve the problem!! Now if that is not Outsdanding and Excellent Customer Care and Service then I don’t know what is. All this on a Sunday and the day before a Bank Holiday I wouldn’t have thought Customer Services would be working. She did say they sometimes work from home. I have never ever had Customer Service like this and if there is or ever was a Customer Service Excellence Award then Greggs must surely be top of its game. Well done Greggs and thank you to the lovely lady who rang me that day.

Went to the Stockport pivot Greggs and ordered to rolls and a tea and coffee. Had to give the order 4 times as the woman’s English was terrible , latte was cold had to drive back when I realised. No apology given. Bacon roll had 7 slices of bacon and whilst I like value for money it fell Out in the bag and was under cooked and fatty Not a great experience

Cold "baked" food on M1 (Toddington) and bought a…
Stopped on M1 (Toddington) and bought a chicken bake. It was sold COLD and unpleasant man behind till said "we don't reheat food". Frankly that is unacceptable. Either keep food such as chicken Bake at least warm or don't sell them at all. The bake was quite horrible. Also refused Amex card.

Alot of the sandwiches are OK bur the reason I gave just 2 stars is that I am sick and tired of there milk jugs when have tea. Been to several and they are all the same the milk comes out in drips or pours out incredibly fast. For someone that hardly has any mill in their tea I have often had to drink it with too much in (not to my taste) and today waw the last straw went to beidgnorth greggs 12 mins before the once an hour bus was due to find out the milk jug had run out . Told the man that my one time an hour bus was due and could I just have the milk and pour it I to my cup. He ignored me and filed up the jug and handed it to me. I poured the milk and it rushed out the jug . Can't drink it that way as dint like it plus can't have too much milk anyway. I binned the drink and rushed to the bus stop. To only just catch the bus with 1 mim to spare. Most the busses in Bridgnorth are hourly so he should have Neen had more consideration . Though to be honest I don't think he was even listening a word I said. If anyone from greggs ever look at this get some decent kitchen equipment
