As a lover of most of Greggs products…
As a lover of most of Greggs products disappointed to buy a pack of 4 chocolate caramel slices and ind not only the packaging but the recipe has clearly changed! Chocolate topping was thinner and didn't taste the same or as nice/ the biscuit tasted far more sugary and disintegrate when eating. Bad move on such a great product unlikely to buy again!

Greggs have no interest in British…
Greggs have no interest in British Foods or Culture. Greggs Sausage Rolls in 2025 only contain 18 percent Pork! They used to be made with 72 percent Pork but Greggs chosen to scrap British Culture and Foods like Pork, Chilli Beef Slices and Ham Salad Baguettes. Greggs factory in Bradford/Leeds were secretly making Ham Salad Baguettes with Beef and added sodium to make it taste like Pork and they were caught red handed by people they recruited to see why Greggs Sausage Rolls have declined in sales and made people in Belgium come down with food poisoning! Greggs would rather sell Curry Vegetable Pasties over their own countries culture and food of Chilli Beef Pasties (which are 47 percent cheaper to make) than Curry Vegetable Pasties. Another British company going down hill and what could be worse? Greggs South Asian staff barred white British customers asking for Pork Sausage Rolls and Ham Salad Baguettes in Greggs Stores claiming in Islam Pork is prohibited and Greggs will be adapting their laws! Greggs have cracked up like eggs-grrr-eggs! Humpty Dumpty will never save his soul for this stupid company that neglects its own countries foods and culture!

Iced Lemonade or water with a lemon hint?
Well went in for an iced lemonade and it tasted like water with a hint of lemon taste! And way to much ice. Thankfully it was FREE from an offer . I definitely wouldn't pay for that .

Flies on food now savoury for me
Went in to a couple of Greggs now. Wakefield and Goole, both pasty cabinets had flies on the food. How off putting. Greggs need doors and heated pie cabinets.

Used my birthday voucher for the free baguette. It was awful. Soft. Wet. It looked like it had been thrown around the room. Chicken falling out. So much mayo. It was soggy. Not happy. No presentation. Poor.

Clowns who cant do one simple job
I am not sure if this is the standard or only in the Bury St Edmunds store but they charge you extra money to reheat the food. They are the only clowns who do this. Why not just cook it for the customer fresh like every other store? Why cook it before hand then leave it sitting there all day going cold and stale? Absolute fools.

Greggs Rontec Crawley is a real gem!
Greggs Rontec Crawley is a real gem on the main road. Had a pie and coffee on Saturday morning the 28th of June. Although busy, Zino and his team were very friendly and accommodating. Service was swift and the pies were fresh and lovely!

i opened a cup of tea to add milk
i opened a cup of tea to add milk, the cup was so full of water that as i pulled lid off the boiling water splashed over my wrist that the whole cup went over me, there was no sign of first aider. staff said just run under cold water. he then went off to serve customers. i sent pictures of my arm, an also the blisters. as yet all i am getting is we will get back to you. that was 2 weeks ago.
