I was recommended to speak to Stuart from Gas Worx about a heat pump. We had a brief phone call, and he explained what they are as I know very little about them. I was very happy with the service and quote provided. The installation isn’t complete yet, but I’m looking to book it later this year.
What went wrong? OK, well, my Mother 80, allowed Sam and his men to put their scaffolding up in her garden to help access her neighbours roof. This resulted in two plant pots being smashed, pictures are available. Sam, has told my mother repeatedly, that he is a man of his word, and will replace the pots. Firstly he blamed the scaffolders, who then insisted it was not their fault and that they did not cause the damage, this then led to a number of messages between everyone, which basically ended up saying that these plant pots would be replaced buy Sam, who you may remember gave 'his word'. I have sat quietly in the background throughout this almost Fawlty Towers episode but now feel it is time to pitch in with my 2p worth. I don't know how much Sam made from this job, but replacing two simple plant pots, which he said he would, being a man 'of his word' would be a lot cheaper than what comes next. My Mother is 80 years old, all she wanted was for this Company to replace her two simple, plain plant pots, around thirty pound, which they said they would do, but they have brushed my mother aside like she is an irritant, ignored her, lied to her and now frankly do not even reply to her texts. Now ignoring her pleads and texts for weeks to replace the pots that they smashed, which, remember, Sam being a man of his word said he would personally replace. Please remember, she gave them permission to put their scaffolding up in her garden. He has been given plenty of opportunities to respond to these pleas, and now he clearly feels he has got away with this one. Hence this review. Do not let this Company intrude into your life or property, Sam is not a man of his word.
Great experience from start to finish. From the initial consultation and the discussion about the quote and technical details to the installation day with Ryan and his team. Thermaskirt installation in the new dinning area was really smooth. Not to mention that Ryan was immediately available for some quick answers to our queries following the installation. Very happy with the overall service. Highly recommended!
Ryan and Ed arrived on time for the annual boiler service. Job completed in the usual clean and efficient manner.

From the moment we started to talk to Stuart we knew he knew his stuff. Very impressive coverage of all choices in terms of electric vs gas, and very helpful and honest in terms of explaining pros and cons. And we like that his advice for us wasn’t about the most expensive option - it was pragmatic. Communications were efficient and responsive, the installation work he and his colleague did was high quality and they cleaned and cleared up after themselves - which is also a plus! These guys took all the stress out of having my home taken apart to have heat pump installed. There on time super clean and tidy nice people to work with excellent job finished on time to a very high standard what more can you ask hope this help you decide.

We engaged Gasworx to fit skirting board radiators by Thermoskirt (look like skirting boards but do the job of full radiators) Sam the fitter was meticulous, efficient and proffessional and awesome re customer service.

Excellent professional service installing replacement Air Source Heat pump and upgrading / replacing radiators as required. Stuart did the original survey taking us through everything that was required and the installation was meticulously managed by Sam who was very thorough, efficient and attentive to detail throughout the 5 days he was on site. Ryan worked solidly until my new boiler was installed. He was very professional. tidy and after the job was completed. explained the important working details of the boiler. After doing a good deal of research and getting recommendations for firms to provide and install a combi boiler, I got in touch with Gas Worx, an Eastleigh-based business that was suggested to me. After my first inquiry with the very helpful Kyrstie, Richard was scheduled to come to assess the house, offer advice, and provide a quotation. I also obtained several other quotes, but opted to choose Gas Worx, not just as a result of their competitive quotation, but also because of the professionalism of their approach. Ryan, the Gas Worx installer, was professional, courteous, and efficient. He arrived on time and completed the installation within the estimated time frame. He took the time to explain the installation process and explain how the boiler worked, and patiently answered the various questions I had. The boiler itself is excellent and looks really good, is working perfectly and has already made a noticeable difference in my home’s heating efficiency. I heartily recommend Gas Worx to anyone in need of a boiler installation.

Just a note to say how pleased I am with the new boiler - yippee, I have hot water for the first time in 10 days! Seriously, I was very impressed with Richard when he came to do the survey, and especially with Sam who did the installation. He is a very personable and friendly young man who arrived on time, was efficient, tidied up after himself and fully explained the system to me and my son who happened to be here. He was on site for 5 minutes short of 10 hours but was as pleasant at the end of that time as he was at the start. Definitely a credit to the company. I would have no hesitation in recommending Gas Workx to friends and family.
