My elderly parents had a slow dripping…
My elderly parents had a slow dripping leak on their Boiler that had been fitted by 'GAIR GAS'. After several visits and very poor workmanship, a 'singular' slow leak turned into multiple major leaks!!! Which in turn, led to a new Boiler being required. The new Boiler was poorly fitted and this also leaked. A new flu was also fitted poorly and looked absolutely awful!!! The above took several weeks and several unsuccessful visits, showcasing poor and uncaring management/service to 'very loyal' customers of theirs. Furthermore, we realised that their monthly charge for 'Boiler Cover' was over double what other professional and 'trustworthy' companies charge and my unaware parents had faithfully paid this for many, many years! GAIR GAS used to be a nice family run company, that cared for its clients... sadly, they have turned into a larger company who care about profit and NOT their loyal clientele.
Reasonable priced plumbing repairs
Had some plumbing repairs done on my old bathroom, not hard stuff, very reasonable price and they moved things around to get the bathroom working quicker for us.
New boiler
They replaced my back boiler with a self condensation boiler in a new position. Great service very neat and tidy.

Absolutely excellent. Straightforward annual boiler service and gas cert for student tenanted property. All arranged remotely from 100 miles away. Gair Gas only dealt with me once before so hardly a valuable regular customer!! many thanks John Dowsett

Fair Pricing, Professional Execution, Delighted
Very happy with the service. From the quote through to delivery and installation the service from any of the Gair Gas team we dealt was just brilliant. Prompt, courteous and most of all clean! The work they did wasn't without complexity, but they ensure the right guys were on site for the different stages of the job meaning it was done very efficiently. Even when we had a slight problem with the installation they were back without a quibble to resolve the problem ... which took about 10 minutes to sort out. Very happy with Gair Gas and would definitely recommend.

No central heating for 4 weeks
No central heating for 4 weeks. Gair came round and took control and found the issue. New boiler needed. Very happy with the service and they sent us some flowers as well which the wife loved. Will use them again 👍 Olly was very helpful and professional on his 2 day job.

We recently had our boiler replaced by Gair Gas Ltd. From the first contact to completion their service was excellent. We were impressed with the friendly knowledgeable Receptionists, the advice from and expertise of the Surveyer and the professionalism, and workmanship of the Engineer who arrived promptly, worked tirelessly and without fuss to the timescale stated.

Bathroom & Heating Install
First, apology to Gair Gas for late review, last few months got in the way!!! Just before Christmas last year Gair Gas finished installing a complete bathroom, and also replacing electric storage heating with a complete gas central heating system into our property. A big piece of work for any supplier, and the customer too! From offering the the work to Gair Gas the experience was smooth and well supported. We were advised how to get our gas supply connected to a meter (no easy task with our existing energy supplier). And best bath/shower supplier to look at. Installation started for the two jobs over a three week period. My wife and I were quickly reassured at the efficiency and quality of workmanship Gair Gas gave us thru out the work. I must comment on Ollie’s straight pipework, under the floor and exposed. Especially in the cupboard were the boiler and controls are fitted! A piece of artwork (think I discovered what “Banksy” day job is!!!) Thru out the work myself and my wife were able to make comments and ideas, also tweaks the workmen offered too. I have experience with the type of works carried out. I can be picky and critical, and I want to thank the workers (Ollie & Archie) for their patience when we did have a small concern!!! Also to congratulate Gair Gas with all their staff we met and spoke to, with their appearance, politeness, listening and understanding as they fully understood the work we invested in needed the best people, Gair Gas gave us this. Lots more other works since been carried out, but the tops is our bathroom and heating we are very pleased with! Last but not least, thanks to Andy for getting us there.

New boiler = great service
This week we had our new boiler fitted by Gair Gas. The quoted time was a day and a half and that's exactly what it took. The engineers were polite, efficient, clean and tidy. They made sure we were inconvenienced as little as possible. Highly recommend them.
