My elderly parents had a slow dripping leak on their Boiler that had been fitted by 'GAIR GAS'. After several visits and very poor workmanship, a 'singular' slow leak turned into multiple major leaks!!! Which in turn, led to a new Boiler being required. The new Boiler was poorly fitted and this also leaked. A new flu was also fitted poorly and looked absolutely awful!!! The above took several weeks and several unsuccessful visits, showcasing poor and uncaring management/service to 'very loyal' customers of theirs. Furthermore, we realised that their monthly charge for 'Boiler Cover' was over double what other professional and 'trustworthy' companies charge and my unaware parents had faithfully paid this for many, many years! GAIR GAS used to be a nice family run company, that cared for its clients... sadly, they have turned into a larger company who care about profit and NOT their loyal clientele.
Had some plumbing repairs done on my old bathroom, not hard stuff, very reasonable price and they moved things around to get the bathroom working quicker for us.
They replaced my back boiler with a self condensation boiler in a new position. Great service very neat and tidy.

Brilliant service as always by all the Gair Gas team, they have been looking after our boiler needs for many years, arrives on day of breakdown call out, great communication with engineers and no job to small. We recently had to change our boiler for a new one, great service guys. Everyone is friendly from the ladies in the office staff down to the service engineers. Great service from a local business. Expecially thankful of a beautiful bouquet of flowers for using them to replace our boiler. Thank you.

A big thank you to the Gair team for an excellent job in replacing our boiler! The guys arrived on time, were very polite, friendly, clean & helpful. They were open to our requests, going out of their way to ensure we were happy. We would like to say a big thank you to Pete & Chris who did the lion's share of the work! We have also cancelled our British Gas home care policy & taken out a Gair Gas Home Shield Plan based on the service we have experienced so far. Their plans also seem like very good value. Also, to our surprise, a beautiful bouquet of flowers arrived from Gair as a thankyou. :-)

Having problems with my central heating in a house I bought a year ago. I’d been on a Gair cover plan some years ago and always found their customer service very good so they were the natural choice to contact. My system was assessed and I was given a quote for the work. The staff were polite, Covid aware and did a tidy job. The staff in the office are friendly and helpful. I am happy to recommend them.

Great service from Gair Gas when I had problems with my water tank and subsequently with my boiler, which was then replaced. Courteous service from everyone and both engineers, Harry and Matt were efficient and tidy, adhering to the safety procedures during lockdown. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Gair Gas.

Our boiler failed on the afternoon of New Years eve. I rang the office and the receptionist was so encouraging and assured me that she would get the problem sorted. Less than an hour later an engineer arrived and had the system up and running. I call that excellent service and have no hesitation in giving Gair gas a 5 star rating.

Very happy with the new boiler installation. The engineer was very courteous and his advice on our system, particularly regarding the radiators and old thermostatic valves. Would recommend Gair Gas to anyone wanting a very professional service.

We have used Gair Gas for several years using one of their Service Plans for our heating system. Recently they have done 2 installations for us,a replacement inline shower & a replacement boiler. Ollie did both & is a Top Man for the job. Having said that, we've found ALL the Technicians that have been to our property are the same, helpful & obliging, as are the guys on the phones. All in all a Great Team. The bouquet of flowers received for using a local company & as a little pick me up in these challenging times was a very nice touch. Would always use & Highly Recommend Gair Gas.
