My elderly parents had a slow dripping…
My elderly parents had a slow dripping leak on their Boiler that had been fitted by 'GAIR GAS'. After several visits and very poor workmanship, a 'singular' slow leak turned into multiple major leaks!!! Which in turn, led to a new Boiler being required. The new Boiler was poorly fitted and this also leaked. A new flu was also fitted poorly and looked absolutely awful!!! The above took several weeks and several unsuccessful visits, showcasing poor and uncaring management/service to 'very loyal' customers of theirs. Furthermore, we realised that their monthly charge for 'Boiler Cover' was over double what other professional and 'trustworthy' companies charge and my unaware parents had faithfully paid this for many, many years! GAIR GAS used to be a nice family run company, that cared for its clients... sadly, they have turned into a larger company who care about profit and NOT their loyal clientele.
Reasonable priced plumbing repairs
Had some plumbing repairs done on my old bathroom, not hard stuff, very reasonable price and they moved things around to get the bathroom working quicker for us.
New boiler
They replaced my back boiler with a self condensation boiler in a new position. Great service very neat and tidy.

Combi boiler service
Combi boiler service Matthew arrived on time and was very efficient. Left everything clean and tidy and clearly explained what he had found. Their tracking app is also useful as it allows you to track exactly where the engineer is and when they will arrive so you can get on with your day and not waste time waiting.

Good boiler service, without a fuss.
Needed to more the boiler service appointment to an earlier time at short notice. This was done with no fuss or drama. Service engineers carried out the service quickly and without fuss. Both engineers were polite and courteous throughout the visit.

Leak in airing cupboard
Sunday lunchtime I notice water is coming from upstairs floorboards down the hall wall. Panic mode , called Gair gas who I've recently changed to 2nd call to them was answered and they sent engineer called Ben. He was polite and knew what he was doing unlike British gas who had just installed new tank but hadn't replace 1 small part which meant that Ben had to drain water once again. If this is the service I will continue to get I so glad I've changed. Thankyou

Electrician From booking to arrival the process…
Fromm booking to arrival the process ran smoothly. Electrician was friendly and work was carried out to high standard. Made sure everything was clean and tidy when he left. Would definitely recommend and will certainly use the company again.

Very happy with Gair Gas
I had a problem with my boiler it was making a dreadful noise. He took off the front and thoroughly Checked it out. He couldn’t find what was wrong but found out that the switches to change the water temperature and heating. He needed to take them back to work to order new ones.I was very pleased with him
