My elderly parents had a slow dripping leak on their Boiler that had been fitted by 'GAIR GAS'. After several visits and very poor workmanship, a 'singular' slow leak turned into multiple major leaks!!! Which in turn, led to a new Boiler being required. The new Boiler was poorly fitted and this also leaked. A new flu was also fitted poorly and looked absolutely awful!!! The above took several weeks and several unsuccessful visits, showcasing poor and uncaring management/service to 'very loyal' customers of theirs. Furthermore, we realised that their monthly charge for 'Boiler Cover' was over double what other professional and 'trustworthy' companies charge and my unaware parents had faithfully paid this for many, many years! GAIR GAS used to be a nice family run company, that cared for its clients... sadly, they have turned into a larger company who care about profit and NOT their loyal clientele.
Had some plumbing repairs done on my old bathroom, not hard stuff, very reasonable price and they moved things around to get the bathroom working quicker for us.
They replaced my back boiler with a self condensation boiler in a new position. Great service very neat and tidy.

Our boiler started making a popping noise through the flu . We requested a service which was arranged quickly but couldnβt be completed as new parts were required. These were ordered and another engineer scheduled in on day they arrived. Sadly through neglect in my part the boiler parts were seized and 50/50whether it could be fixed. Not good news just before the Christmas break. But the engineer was very patient and managed to complete the repair. Really grateful to the team for getting us through Christmas - new boiler required in the New Year.

Had a suspected CO monitor alarm. When replaced battery no alarm but family still concerned. Already had monthly care plan so called emergency number as weekend before Christmas. Isaac arrived within about 1 hour. Very polite, pleasant young man who checked our boiler to make sure it was ok. Kept me informed and said all checks said it was safe. Thanks to Gair Gas and Isaac!!

Gair Gas were very responsive to our gas outage issue (problem was with the meter itself), but they came out within 24 hours to confirm the problem so we could get the metered sorted by Octopus (who came out a few hours later).

Problem noisy central heating pump. Quick and positive response from Gair. Engineer called within two days, checked pump and declared it fine.

We contracted Gair to convert an old vented water system to a pressurised one (avoiding need to frequently change shower pumps). A fiddly job remaking connections with boiler, heating, showers and existing distribution network, as well as installing new equipment. The team were great, from discussing options to doing the installation. Andy Gair was on hand to help the guys if they hit a snag. Very professional all round.

Fantastic polite engineers Sam & Alex . Did a great job . Arrived when they said they would . Fitted hot water cylinder, removed old heavy one. Worked all day, no hanging about straight to work and tidied up after themselves. Well done Gair Gas !

Isaac took the time to rebalance all the radiators so that the central heating is working more efficiently and effectively and recommended the TRV settings and to add Sentinel addittive and replace/ service theMagnaClean Professional 2 hard water unit at the summer boiler service Gair installed our Worcester Bosch boiler back in 2016 and we have had their Gold/300 plan ever since as they offer excellent service and emergency call-out for a competitive price and are a local company of whom Iβm more than happy to recommend Mike Winchester
