My elderly parents had a slow dripping…
My elderly parents had a slow dripping leak on their Boiler that had been fitted by 'GAIR GAS'. After several visits and very poor workmanship, a 'singular' slow leak turned into multiple major leaks!!! Which in turn, led to a new Boiler being required. The new Boiler was poorly fitted and this also leaked. A new flu was also fitted poorly and looked absolutely awful!!! The above took several weeks and several unsuccessful visits, showcasing poor and uncaring management/service to 'very loyal' customers of theirs. Furthermore, we realised that their monthly charge for 'Boiler Cover' was over double what other professional and 'trustworthy' companies charge and my unaware parents had faithfully paid this for many, many years! GAIR GAS used to be a nice family run company, that cared for its clients... sadly, they have turned into a larger company who care about profit and NOT their loyal clientele.
Reasonable priced plumbing repairs
Had some plumbing repairs done on my old bathroom, not hard stuff, very reasonable price and they moved things around to get the bathroom working quicker for us.
New boiler
They replaced my back boiler with a self condensation boiler in a new position. Great service very neat and tidy.

Annual visit by Gair Gas
The two gas engineers came promptly at the time agreed for the annual maintenance and clean of our central heating boiler. They were clean and tidy, efficient and ready to answer any questions. Both clearly took a pride in their work. We continue to be extremely happy to use Gair Gas with every confidence.

Called on the day with an offer of a service, we were in all morning anyway, turned up within an hour service done great job. Avoided disrupting another day so good result for us.

Turnaround from reporting fault to…
Turnaround from reporting fault to diagnosis to repair really impressive. My thermostat failed on my hot water tank as we discovered this morning. We called at 9am when Gair opens and it turned out they had just had a cancellation. within the hour Sam was at the door and 30 minutes had found the fault and a replacement part was required. An hour later, the repair was complete, very impressive indeed. Well do the Gair Gas team!

I cannot believe how quickly they responded to our call out! Thank you Kieron for dealing with our radiator leak , all done and dusted in super quick time. Thank goodness we have a service contract with you, if it was still British Gas we would be waiting till next month to get this fixed
