My elderly parents had a slow dripping leak on their Boiler that had been fitted by 'GAIR GAS'. After several visits and very poor workmanship, a 'singular' slow leak turned into multiple major leaks!!! Which in turn, led to a new Boiler being required. The new Boiler was poorly fitted and this also leaked. A new flu was also fitted poorly and looked absolutely awful!!! The above took several weeks and several unsuccessful visits, showcasing poor and uncaring management/service to 'very loyal' customers of theirs. Furthermore, we realised that their monthly charge for 'Boiler Cover' was over double what other professional and 'trustworthy' companies charge and my unaware parents had faithfully paid this for many, many years! GAIR GAS used to be a nice family run company, that cared for its clients... sadly, they have turned into a larger company who care about profit and NOT their loyal clientele.
Had some plumbing repairs done on my old bathroom, not hard stuff, very reasonable price and they moved things around to get the bathroom working quicker for us.
They replaced my back boiler with a self condensation boiler in a new position. Great service very neat and tidy.

Annual boiler service. Gair contacted us to remind us about this. Engineer arrived on time & did whatever was necessary to ensure that the boiler remained reliable for another year. Polite & friendly engineer and worked tidily. No problems encountered & did the work quickly & efficiently.

We moved to Gair Gas for our boiler and heating cover two years ago following poor service from our previous supplier. We made the change to the Home Shield plan following recommendations from friends and it has proven to be absolutely the right decision. All the representatives of the company that we have dealt with have been friendly, responsive and polite. On this occasion Alex carried out our service, he arrived on time, worked efficiently and tidily. In our experience Gair Gas provides a very good service to a high standard.

The Gair Gas engineer Rich, delivered the usual expert and friendly service we have come to expect from this company. Their engineers and office representatives always treat any queries with warm respect and are quick to help when needed. In over twenty three years that the engineers have visited our home they have expertly maintained our heating and hot water boiler and fitted a new system when required. Since I had a new boiler from Gair Gas 3 years ago, they have been servicing it on an annual basis. I'm always informed of when they're coming and all the guys that turn up are on time. They are always informative when I ask questions too. Thank you to Matthew who was very helpful with a radiator that wasn't functioning properly. He fixed it in seconds!
