Iβve used future fit for my personal training qualifications and now my Pilates qualifications. The learning platform and the support you get is amazing; the workshops are brilliant and the tutors are knowledgeable.

My experience with FutureFit so far has been amazing. The courses are so detailed and you can work your way through them at your own pace in your own time without any pressure. The courses are easy to go through with lots of photos, videos and pop ups to keep you engaged. If any help or support is needed they are just a call or email away and always respond with the most helpful and friendly advice. The course so far has given me a huge amount of confidence and excitement to begin my personal training journey and I am just so glad I chose to do it with FutureFit.

The online content is really good but actual explanation of how to best follow this course is unclear. It was not clear there was a really good app to use along side the course till the first face to face day. I have spend ages doing courses in a silly order, I even questioned the order with email correspondence and they assured me it was correct. My first practical day said otherwise!

I am still studying with future fit, I am learning plenty of new things a long the way their system is great and easy to learn from. My in person lessons have always been amazing with the great instructors and when ever Iβm struggling Iβm just a phone call away for help.

Ultimately, very disappointed with this company. Whilst they have a good range of courses, they are overpriced. They'll say it's due to rigour etc, but you get just as qualified for less outlay with plenty of other companies. How much you learn anywhere is down to how much effort you are willing to put in. Customer service is poor. Whilst on the phone they are usually very polite, email is a joke. I know it's a week on average between me emailing and getting any kind of response. In this day and age, that's appalling. They seem far more interested in how you can make the assessors' lives easier rather than yours as the student. Whilst some of the online stuff is good, most is just filler to justify the cost. The practical days are the most worthwhile part and are usually very good, just expect some long delays between actual course dates. And don't be last appointment on an assessment day. They'll rush, make mistakes looking at portfolios, or not look at them at all and tell you to just email it in. And then there's the marking of assignments, case studies etc. 12 weeks! Utterly shameful timescale. Combined with their penchant for coupling courses together, so you must pass all to gain certification, this actually interferes with your earning potential. Other companies do not operate like this, and you end up just as qualified, for less money over a shorter time frame. Do yourselves a favour and look elsewhere.

I cannot speak for all courses, but do not bother with nutrition courses, they are a waste of time. The (very infrequent) live lessons are only on mid week days in the middle of the day, so if you have a job you will not be able to attend. I have taken time off work today to attend a live lesson, the time has been changed without notification... to yesterday!! There are no jobs available for this qualification. Ask around, no one wants a nutrition coach. And if they want nutrition advice, people can just go online and look and get free advice on youtube/ podcasts or use a nutrition app. Do not waste your money or your time. Do a degree or BTEC which is actually recognised by employers.

Training with futurefit training has been a great experience for me. When I decided to train with futurefit my intention was to change career from a Registered Nurse and to become a personal trainer. I was broken, I had low self-esteem, low confidence due to so many reasons, I took my time progressing in the course. I felt a huge change happening in my life both physically and psychologically. I am training with futurefit to help clients to improve their lifestyle and to remain physically active, but at the same time futurefit was changing my own life. The advice I received at the end of my level 2 assessment changed my perception about myself. The courses are well structured, easy to understand at all levels and provides recommendations for further research. I confess that today I boost confidence, I like myself and I am proud of what I have achieved so far through futurefit training. I still remain staff nurse, and proud to become a personal trainer with futurefit. I am grateful to futurefit.
